I went to this location today and was HIGHLY disappointed. Yes, the prices are getting to high. Paid $20 for 10 wings. But the Big problem was the wings tasted old like they were fried the day before and had that rank meat smell to them. When I call to voice my complaint to the manage. All she kept saying was, "We apologize for your inconvenience ". Like a robot! No offer to recovery their mistake. But thats what you get when you go to the hood. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that location.

I would give five stars but prices have gone astronomical. The restaurant has a security guard coming and going. I just cant stand the fact that the staff allow their friends and family members to wander around the kitchen area in their coats with no protective head gear on. I have seen children walking around in the kitchen area Interrupting the staff from taking orders. The food is great. Please work on the staff. I will change my rating. For the prices they charge they could at least retrain.

Went in to place my regular order( place same order every day 2 orders of 5 legs) the ghetto order taker that day was so rude and had the nastiest attitude( she shouldve stayed home this particular day) poor customer service telling me that I cant have what I ordered, all the while smacking her lips and popping her neck and rolling her eyes! I will never eat there again!! I eat at WHALES CHICKEN NOW!! NO LOVE LOST!! YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

Came here over the weekend for my birthday. Easily made reservations online through OpenTable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Once they found out we were there for my birthday they put a candle on the panna cotta dessert =) The food we ordered was delicious, and their sliced bread went really well with all the sauces in the dishes too! I definitely plan to come back again =)

Visited this place with a group of Chicago natives and we were served with courtesy and got our food in a good amount of time for a large order (about 15 minutes start to finish). Even as the only white people in the shop, we were treated no different. Definitely a spot to check out and on par with South side Harolds chicken for comparison.

the food is very good. definately better than harolds. however the prices have been raised outrageously high for whatever reason... $17 for 10 wings? or $35 for 20? couple that with the fact you cant see the kitchen (usually an automatic no-no) and below average customer service means I wont eat at this location EVER again.

Now I would give a 5 but the service sucks. I called in and was greeted with a "yeah" and a hold on sir when Im clearly a woman and have a womanly voice. After holding I was rushed and service was dry. I recommend the food not the service.
