Well me and my family went ther to have breakfast but we where waiting for about 15 min and ther where open tables we where told that they had to wait for a few some more people walk in in from of us and they got a table rite away so I ask the hostess why . He tells me he forgot wen I and my wife where standing in front of him for more than 10 min then he told me that I have to wait another 20 min for a table then I ask to speak to a manager ther was no manager to speak to the I ask for a managers name this kid had no idea of what I was talking about and the lady at the regester was ask for the name she told me I dont know I guess it takes more that a 4th grade ready level to work at ihop never coming there

Worst IHOP Ive gone to. There was no wait but now I know why. Food was bland didnt have much taste. The tables were all wobbly where we couldnt lean not even a little on them or wed knock out our drinks. It wasnt just our tables I noticed the people next to us moved to a booth because of how wobbly they were. And the waitress never came back to check up on us after our food was served to ask if we wanted anything else, more coffe , drinks etc. First and last time I go to this location.

great service and great food. It was not a busy time so I cant tell how they are when scrambling (yeah I said it) for time but they treated us real well. Sometimes you want the vibe of some swanky place in the city that is hyper unique n hipsterlike n blah blah blah (hey I hit up those spots too) but most times you just want the consistency, affordability and nostalgia of an IHOP. This location is updated and clean looking but still classic and great for the fam. Check em out

Theres always an issue whenever I come here. Today, the server rushed off before everyone could choose a drink and just assumed everyone wanted water, then there was something in my drink when I got it. They didnt bring silverware, I had to ask for it, they forgot to bring a bunch of other things that were ordered, and the straws that are supposed to be closed up in a wrapper were all opened. The scrambled eggs that were ordered also tasted overcooked. Not satisfied at all.

Ive lived in the area for a long time and this place hasnt been good in years. I still go there hoping for a change and Im disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME. Food deliever undercooked or overcooked, servers(not all but most) who couldnt be bothered, and so on. But today Ive had it. When I picked up a ToGo order and my pancakes tasted exactly like cigarette ashes. I spit it out and felt sick to my stomach. If it wasnt the other things, this was my final wake up call.

its worth less than one star, shift leader who show where the customer supposed to sit was having bad attitude and weird action, i entered the place and i did not saw, he thought i ignored him and start acting like crazy,I asked him what is wrong with you ? he was like you should talk to me before you get a seat i told him im sorry but we were not here.

As much as we like Ihop food we wont be back at this location. Service was slow. I ordered my food with out onions and when it came with them I send it back and recived new entrée with meat rinsed but still with onions (which I am allergic to). Cashier was on the phone and didnt stop his conversation ( not work related) to even say goodbye.

I had a great server who was really conversational and friendly! I ended up forgetting my keys and phone on the table, but before I could leave the place she chased me down to return them to me. She also did her best to complete my order with all the combined offers and discounts she could think of. Great customer experience and great food!

The waiter was really new and after the order someone can back three times to ask us questions about or order. The wait was really long even though there were only a few people. The waiter also kind of yelled at us to give her our plates. And lastly my brother picked up a napkin and there was ink on it. The food was pretty good though

The food was bad and we were waiting for more than an hour. When they finally brought the food they were like "we are soooooo sorry about the wait but we are like so freaking busy right now for a saturday" my table and three others were full. i told her that i didnt want her excuses and she started yelling at me and kicked us out

Quick, reasonably priced restaurant with friendly staff. Usually a wait on weekend mornings. Close to shopping and service businesses. Theyve updated their interior look. More hard services, a little louder now when full. They update menu frequently wider range of choices, healthy section and senior reduced price dishes .

If you wish to call Ihop to place an order for pick up get ready to call for 30 minutes before someone finally gets annoyed of the phone ringing constantly and then puts you on hold for 10 minutes to hoping you hang up. Worst customer service in history and the whole staff is a joke there. Never going there again.

Staff was not too helpful though they were pretty crowded. I spent a good amount of time trying to get my 7 month old into the high chair only to have to have her in the booth using her car seat instead. Outside of the service however the food was good. Only one choice of soup if you wanted it however

This is the worst IHOP ever. I called in to place an order. The young lady who answered the phone didnt know what she was doing, so I ask for a manager and I was told there was no manager on duty. My order was never placed. If I end up going to another restaurant for breakfast.

I would never eat here. Was here once and got cold pancakes and the whole place is really dated. Didnt eat my food - paid and left. Would never go to another iHop after visiting this one. Yes the pricing is great but I would rather go somewhere else for real breakfast food.

Our 3rd time here and the food is good, fast and the server with a smule and positive attitude.. (we have gone to waukegan ihop, kenosha and northbrook and the food is not cooked right the servic3 is horrible and now we wont trade this location skokie for no other one !!)

The sirloin tips were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, but the waitress Nancy seemed very hassled to do her job, made a big deal about having separate checks and seemed insulted when I checked to make sure the rest of my meal hadnt been forgotten.

Good food, never had any issues. Waitresses always listened to my order. I am however heart broken.. just found out they no longer serve cheese blintzes.. need to find a new location that still serves them - it was only reason i came here.
