My family was stand offs about this Ihop since it was with the mall Usually we go a little far out to go to ihop i think we went on a Thursday or Friday during those days the wait for a seat be long but we did not have to wait all we did was just went in the door they gave us the menu and set us down i did see employees cleaning down the tables a young lady who was very welcoming started to take are drink order and a few minutes about 9 minutes she took are food order i was shock how fast the food came out no less then 11 minutes quick to me i guess i notice while picking up the spoon,fork it was dirty and had mouth stains on it so i had ask for a other one The best thing you can do is take wipes with you and clean the Souvenir off to be safe Are (waitress)was across from are table taking a father and little girl order very quick on her feet the food amount was big so we took it to go for leftovers it might be a while when we go back again since we don`t go to ihop alot but i would recommend this place for a fast and quick stomach full. my honest opinion

The best way to describe our visit is just okay. This food was pretty good. the service left much to be desired. The hostess team was less than welcoming. Our waitress took forever to come in acknowledge our table. This seems to be a common practice with all of their wait staff, another table walked out after no one had acknowledged them for more than 10 minutes. Our waitress Chaka was as sweet as could be and very helpful. Our food was out very quickly and for the most part was very good. I would not recommend this IHOP if youre in a rush. If youre like is today and you can enjoy the company of your table it will be just okay for you also.

Usually i would enjoy the service at ihop but my fiancee ordered his meal ...chicken... rhe server came with the food, the chicken was cold!! So he told the manager so he replaced it. And came back with another piece .... which was cold also, So my fiancee ask just take a few dollars off and we can just leave it alone, even the server said it was COLD Because she touched it also.... the manager said "the chicaken suppose to read 165 degrees Fahrenheit " smh But it was still COLD.. look just dont order the fried chicken... We wont be back

Service sucks! We were there for about 40min. There were 5 or 6 empty tables while 5 parties awaited to be seated. We finally got seated! After we got seated they forgot about us!! No one came to offer us drinks or take our order. The manager came to say that someone will be with us shortly.....15 min still no service... Apparently no one came. We ended up walking out of there. Manager saw us walking out and didnt bother to apologize. We are Never coming back!!

Went with my bf not only were we waiting for 27 minutes for just a 2 people seat but the waitress took forever to come to the table when she did she wasnt there she looked confused and lost our coffee was bitter we ordered the food took about 32 minutes it got to the table cold. The pancakes were microwaved so were the eggs so please dont insult us by saying fresh when we can taste the difference in food. But what can I say its located in the ford city mall.

I dont wanna write this but I have to. We were there seating for 15 minutes no drinks even after we order. Until a guy name Julio came and took care of things. Our previous waitress didnt bother to apologize. Guess she doesnt care. Moreover, the people who came in 20 Minutes after us had their drinks right away. Which is crazy. I was ready to go but he said to stay.

We went in today and we just walk out. There is alot of commotion when you walk in. People are waiting to be seated then waitresses walk by with plates of food by those people that are waiting at the entrance. That is so nasty. The wait was 30 min really? I have never been to IHOP and had to wait 30 min. I dont think we will ever come back there again.

Waiter John was horrible from start to finish, rude, sarcastic and didnt know any prices off hand without telling us to look at the menu! Food was bought out separately, which took almost and hour and was cold. They only received one star for the accommodations from the manager chaka. Even my kids were dissatisfied and they arent hard to please at all

This day they we extra crowded and the wait was almost an hour. Though I know that is not their fault I did find it uncomfortable to stand in the small area to wait. Once seated, the waitress came over to take our order and neglected to write down our order and instead of coming back, she sent someone else to take our order again.

Seated immediately after 30 min I asked for a manager was told no manager was on duty and my waiter left with a family emergency this place is dirty it was one waitress left alone to close up (Jackie) who was very nice and apologetic Dont waste your time and money on this place

I came around 9:40pm, not that busy about 5 tables but there was only one waiter and one cook. It took a while to get seated and then took a while to come to our table for our order. After we ordered he gave us a discount and free drinks and apologized. Overall food was great

The wait was unorganized. When we got seated the wait staff was pleasant. The food took some time and I had to send back one meal because it was poor quality and taste etc...the cool thing was the wait staff let me place another order which took a long time. But was decent.

The waiter even though very friendly took 3 orders at the same time and messed up something with every table. They also ripped me off on my bacon, didnt have my fav syrup at the table, and most importantly the food arrived cold, ok service food could of met standards .

Half the restaurant was clear and it still took over 45 minutes before we just left. Now they have really good food here but patience is a must if you going here only because its very popular as being part of the most popular mall on the southside.

Im there quite a few times a month & if I have a problem or concern it is addressed. Its a very busy place & there is a wait sometimes but u cant fuss at the staff it depends on the patrons also I enjoy eateati by here taking my mom this morning...
