Great quick pasta dinner. Its kinda like the Chipotle of Italian food. They either have a suggested seasonal dishes. Or you can go in an say I want either a small or large bowl of pasta then add a way. They have salad type things too along with some flat breat type things. I usual get the large pasta bowl and a meat ball (theyre big) and some veggies and cheese and red and white sauce half and half (theres a spicy red sauce if you like). Its usually enough for 2 meals if I cut the meat ball in half and save it, but sometimes its just too good to save.

Food here is almost as unpleasant as the attitudes of the people who work there. I asked a few questions about the menu, due to the fact that I had never been there before. And the server was like the menu is up there. Okay, I get it. Read the menu, but all I did was just ask you a question. The food was even good. I could see if the food was good, and the service was crappy. Then I could forgive that, but they serve you food with no flavor. Who wants to eat dry noodles? Well, Ill never eat there again. The building looks nice though.

The service quality was unacceptable and of course had a resulting impact on the quality of the food. I contacted the company directly to complain and they said they would address it and sent me a gift card to come back. I appreciate the corporate response and when I go back to this location, if the experience is improved, I will update this rating. I did have takeout from the South Euclid location and it was very good. So it appears that the location might make a big difference in your experience.

Pros: Good stuff! A friend turned me on to this place a few months back and Ive probably been a dozen times. Fresh ingredients and tasty. And oh the lobster bisque is rich, thick and delicious! Cons: A good few bucks over priced for what youre getting. And a lot of inconsistencies in preparing your dish. People making it give good size portions, small portions, adding sauce not adding sauce, mixing in bowl not mixing. Needs to be more consistent.

The food is good with many options but i hate how they put the same amount in the small bowl as the large. If im paying for a bigger bowl i want more food in it. I got my son a small an i got the "regular" (larger bowl) they put the same amount of everything in both bowls i had to fuss to get them to add more an they charged me more smh. If the small gets one scoope why would the large not get two with out having to pay more smh

This place is a hidden gem in plain sight! The menu is unique, and everything is customizable. The chef does a great job coming up with very favorable options, and I believe the menu changes seasonally. Great management as well. I noticed the manager out cleaning tables when he had downtime, which is a good sign of someone who takes pride in their establishment. Also, the prices are very reasonable!

Food is great....if they can get your order right. Every single time I have ordered for carry out, they have forgotten to include items or the order was somehow wrong. 0 for 3 so far, just flat out unacceptable. And we arent talking about crazy weird requests or huge complicated orders either. Do yourself a favor and dont order online, its apparently just too difficult for them.

Service wasnt bad, from what i seen manage seemed to have things in order when I was there the manager came out to solve a families problem that was sitting next to me.The first time I was there they only had 3 sauces to pick from which was different than the website. The second time i went they had more sauces and the food was amazing. They even sauteed mushrooms for my meal.

Worst Piada experience ever. Took 40 minutes for food and there were two people ahead of us. I would normally not complain about something so trivial as a poor trip to Piada, but this was escalated to a degree that was painful to watch. We could have enjoyed a nice, sit-down meal in the time it took them to get our food across that counter.

You definitely need to try this place out! It is like a "make-your-own" Italian food place. It is not a "fast-food" place, but more like a good food, fast place. My personal favorite part, is the Italian soda fountain! Their overhead radio also played Deadmau5 while I was there, which was a bonus!

The food was good. Italian sausage and red sauce are on the line, but not on the menu. The servers were not well trained, not knowing the menu or how to assemble the piada. Also they needed a manager to give us an empty bowl and carry out bag. There are many other places with better service

We dont have this restaurant in South Carolina. I just spent three days in Cleveland and this place was a highlight. I mean - you assemble your own pasta. So much more pleasant that other assembly style restaurants, especially Chiptole, where they actively try and poison you.

Every time I come here for lunch it is a treat. The pastas are loaded with fresh ingredients and always filling. I have picked up lunch for the office a number of times here, and the managing chef has always been helpful and on top of things with handling our larger orders.

Been visiting since opened and it is delicious; clean, healthy options, management and staff friendly and accommodating. Recommend salad your way, calamari, lobster bisque and a cannoli chips dip. They do need to stop change the Fall 2016 menu cause its Spring "17.

Horrible experience....The food was served warm, not hot. The chicken pesto bowl only had a few pieces of small dark meat chicken, no white meat and the steak piada only had 3 or 4 small pieces of steak in it. For my first time there, I was very disappointed.

Italian street food for folks whove never been to Italy? or maybe just a cruel joke, but this chain is a snore fest. unimaginative, overpriced salads and pastas are hip, it appears. nothing about Piada feels Italian.

Good food, usually get one of their salads. Easy access but away from the main shopping/restaurant area on the southeast corner of Richmond and Green. This is north of the intersection on the west side of the road.

Good concept and good food. I feel the seasoning is often inconsistent and the food sometimes comes over-seasoned. Employees should put more importance in using proper measurements when preparing food.

Becareful yall this location dirty and use the same baking pan to cook pasta from the past days and lots of worker barely wash their hands or maintain cleaniness. Have fun eating there I guess

I always love the food here, but every time I go theres another price increase and they redesign their menu so you never know how much the food costs until you cash out. Very frustrating.

I do like this chain. Their chicken pesto pasta is amazing- so is their street bread. Serves a couple types of beers and wines too. Can get a line sometimes, but generally it goes fast.
