Ive been waiting for over an hour and a half, and still waiting. Im located on archer and kedzie. This Beggars is on archer and cicero, about 5 mins away. ETA time was 3:10 pm, which was already about an hour 15 from the time I ordered. Did not receive order for 30 mins after the ETA time. I called and manager told me I will be getting the meal for free, would have given just one star if it wasnt for that and my cold fries. The food is delicious, but I constantly keep having an issue everytime I order, like no bacon on a bacon cheeseburger, got a credit for that one for the same sandwich and they did it again on the credit. It has been half an hour since Ive received my order and still dont see a credit on my account, but that may be because the transaction is still on pending status, but grubhub already shows the credit for the $1 charge that they do. -EDIT: I did received my credit but not giving the 5 stars due to the fact that they continued to mess up my order.

If I couldve given this Zero stars I wouldve!!! Ive ordered takeout and it was fine. Today was the 1st time we sat down and ate. We ordered an Italian beef pizza it tasted like anchovies were put on the pizza and then removed. We had to ask our "waitress" for napkins... REALLY? We asked for more because we only received 3... There was 4 of us.... Then when asked she counted the napkins we had and told us here they are...UMMM we need more, thanks! Pizza is messy especially with 2 kids! Now our "waitress" asked was everything ok as she was walking pass all without stopping to see if we needed anything. If you absolutely have to eat here just order on grub hub and pick it up. We will NEVER patronize this place again, Grub hub or otherwise were done!!!!

The price alone deserves 1 star. The food is very bland, even when you get a pizza with several toppings. Sauce also very bland, but the crust was actually very crispy, a plus? Poppers and cheese sticks were good, but when you open up a bag and the only instructions are to deep fry, then how could you mess it up? Over all, very disappointed. The food sucked, and the price was insane! 2 large pizzas with a cpl toppings each, an order of poppers and 2 orders of cheese sticks came to just under 81 bucks. You would be doing yourself and your wallet a great disservice giving this place your patronage. Look elsewhere. Will never order from this place again. Wish Vito & Nicks delivered.

It took me 15 mins to order a pizza to make sure they delivered to my address then an hour and 10 mins later although they told me 45 mins still didnt receive anything. After another 15 min phone call trying to locate my delivery I was promised my food in 7 mins. 20 mins later and still nothing they said the driver had the wrong phone number to call me. Now after calling again and almost 2 hours later Im informed they will be here in 12 more mins. And they will give me a free 2 liter for my wait. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service.

Customer service was horrible. It took my waitress 20 minutes to acknowledge us. When the waitress took our order it was not right when we received it. The waitress placed hot food and beverages in front of my 1 year grandson even her coworker had to point it out to her.She apologized but even at the end she mixed my receipt up with another couple and placed bill in front of the baby

Ever since their only best server Iris left I really dont eat there i rather take out! Servers there too unprofessional I dont know why They did not take any pointers from Iris. She was always on point making sure we had refills and our table clean after we finished eating and asking if we wanted dessert. I sure miss her !!! WHYYYYYYY??? !! did she leave ??

I would describe this place with two words artsy and good food. We randomly ended up after the airport. I thought the food was tasty and although the prices are a little higher than most Mexican places I have been, its not terrible. I had a sope combo and took a burrito to go. Everything was authentic. Also their horchata is amazing!

It must be people related to the owner that work at the front desk because holy hell I dont think there was one time I had an employee that knew what I was saying. Added fun fact..... Someone came in for a job application, lady at the front desk told her to hold on.... She came back and told her there was no spinach pizza.

I just moved to the area and didnt know of any other pizza places. I had a party and ordered 4 pizzas, with $4 delivery the total was $120.... way more than I was expecting. Pizza was good (I have had better) and delivered hot!!!! I will be looking for a cheaper place, maybe not a chain.

Nasty food. Arrived cold, everything was saggy included pickles and burgers buns. Fries were hard and cold. It was our second order. They messed up our first one too, after 1,5 hours of waiting we called them, and they realized they didnt put an order. We shouldve stopped after first order.

Placed an order online and waited over 1.5 hrs for it to come. Never came and they closed 46 min before I tried calling them, (45 min after I placed my order) to see what was up. No answer, no notification, no communication what so ever. They have a poor rating on yelp.

This was my first time here with my Uncle and Aunt and all i have to say is Awesome service and food. If I had to rate on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them an 11. Our waitress Nancy and additional staff was wonderful and child friendly. Will definitely be back!

Mushroom Burger was sub par. French fries were soggy, but good. The big let down were the traditional hot wings... awful. Tasted like grocery store frozen chicken wings. Delivery for 2 miles took 1.5hours. Their pizza is good though, just wish the pizza had a crust.

Pizza is ok, service horrible they take forever to answer there phone/long holds, have more employees when your having a rush it is football season. employees dont know how to look up certain information when asking. I will not recommend due to lack of service.

Order my food online and it took hour and a half when the food finally gets here its cold the driver still sat in the car another 5 minutes after arriving. Smh food is good but manager needs to find another career cause management is definitely not his Forte.

Pizza wasnt as good as it use to be! Crust doesnt have that buttery taste like before. Dont order the mini taco because they are not taco. Its a tortilla chip with beans in it not a good taste at all. A waste of 35 dollars. I should have went to Dominos

Fantastic Caesar salad! Big slices of Parmesan, fresh chicken and veggies. I order through GrubHub and they even did me the courtesy of rushing my order. It got to me a full hour before the expected delivery time. I really appreciate that! Thanks yall!

The sauce on the pizza was delicious. I like that you can BYOBeer! We just ran across the street to Walgreens. Service was very helpful with our beer. She provided ice buckets to keep our beer cold! Again the pizza is good!
