This Wing Stop is HORRIBLE!!!!! They let the phone ring off the hook even though its 11:05 pm. Then, when you call right back, the girl decides to answer this time, and i ask if theyre still open? She tells me she knows Im the same lady that had just called. Mind you, they NEVER answered the first time nor did I give my name or number. Good ole caller ID for you. Makes me wonder why they have asked for my name and number in all times past. Nonetheless, she tells me theyre not taking anymore orders by phone or in the restaurant. So why have posted hours until midnight if the workers are shutting it down at 11:05pm? I thought they were in the money making business. Theyre costing the owner money by doing this. This is not the 1st incident either. If Im ordering in person, they tell me to hold on while they answer the phone that was NOT ringing before they asked me for my order. On a different occasion while there in person, one worker said not to answer any more calls for the rest of the night and to just let the phone ring. Tonight I was on the receiving end of that. The Hewitt TX location is the absolute worst!!! They cook 2-3 baskets of wings filled all the way to the top all at once and just let them sit there until theres an order. Then they sell you barely warm wings but you dont get to barely pay for them! So why when ordering by phone do they tell you its going to be 25 min? It shouldnt even be 5 min since the basket has been sitting there for only God knows how long, full of wings cooked probably an hour ago. Health Dept, where you at? Salmonella just lurking. Please close down the Hewitt location. The workers make it suck therefore it does!!!!!! It really is a shame!!!!Taking my business elsewhere. Wingstop who? From now on if its the one in Hewitt Tx.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Wing stop used to be the BEST. Now, every time we go we are disappointed. It is absolutely ridiculous how often they make mistakes and how flavorless their fries have become. Usually we disregard and have continued to be returning customers, but we will no longer be returning to the Hewitt location. After clarifying my order several times with the cashier and the kitchen staff my order still lacked the veggie sticks and extra wings sauce I purchased. Luckily I checked the order before I left because I know they always mess up. Once my order was finally complete we get home to find the two family-sized burnt fries, half a dozen burnt rolls, and the few drops of wing sauce in each container that was supposed to be enough for 30 wings..HA! This place has turned in to a joke. Not to mention the fact that you pay a fairly HIGH price for this less-than-satisfying food, poor customer service, and missing items that were paid for. P.S. Thank you wing stop for making my moms request for Mothers Day dinner, by far, the worst yet.

I would imagine the folks working at the Hewitt Wingstop are great people if they just didnt have to do inconvenient things like take customer orders. I have been to this location about six times over a few years (keep giving it another chance...), and I have yet to see an employee who is even remotely polite. Disinterested is the best description. Moreover, the neon sign outside says the restaurant is open until midnight, which we assumed meant that it would serve food until, oh, about midnight. At 11, we were told, impolitely, that it would take around 45 minutes to complete an order. I like Wingstop generally, but I will go to a different location in Waco and avoid this one altogether.

Whats the point of ordering online? The less than polite employees at the Hewitt Wingstop certainly do not have the answer. One would assume that its an option available so that people dont have to wait, so imagine my surprise when I arrive to find an empty restaurant, but 7 different parties waiting on orders, all asking how much longer. You would think a half hour drive and another half hour waiting in the restaurant would be sufficient time for the kitchen to get some wings out, but apparently that is not the case. I believe a refund and a change of location are imminent, and a return visit out of the question. Unless you order your wings at lunch, dont expect wings for dinner.

Costumer service tonight at Wingstop was horrible. Walked in got to the register, lady who shift was about to end was on the floor doing something didnt stop to ask me my name or what it was I needed. Another lady who seen me come in didnt greet me until she was done with her conversation with her co worker who were stand RIGHT INFRONT of the register where I was. When asked my name and what I had she rudly sighs and gives my order with NO RANCH. Everytime I order I have to go out my way bc most employees at this location have poor customer service skills. Last time I ordered here I was given cold old fries and cold/roomtep wings.

The food was horrible and when I confronted the manager about the undone fries she yelled and slammed the register (her name was Katie ) I think .....the food was cold and the only thing I wanted was for them to remake it the attitude she gave was soooo NEGATIVE I had no choice but to ask for my money back and even though I work right up the street I will never be back to this wing stop in Hewitt ever again ...il go all the way to the bellmead store before I go to this one

Today they made mistakes again! The lady just keeps walking around with her phone on her hand not doing anything! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! Not only that, after messing up my order they gave me a extra cheese which the guy kept arguing about.. before i left the i gave them back the cheese and said "heres the cheese you were fight me about" walking out the wing stop employee called me a "SMART ASS" which is unacceptable !!I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO WINGSTOP!

I really enjoy the feel of the restaurant and I like wings. However, I have always found that other than the Honey BBQ, all of the other flavors are more of a miss than hit. Also they smother the wings in sauce to the point where by the end you essentially have to fish your final wings out of a pool of sauce (although Im sure some are thrilled by this).

Always have problems. Order by computer ahead and when I get there past the time it's supposed to be ready, order not even turned in yet, sitting by register! This happened twice with same excuse, "Well, we've been really busy." then ordered sauce on side and wings are swimming in sauce when I get home.

I would give zero stars if possible. The staff is not only ignorant but cant get anything right from the food to the sauce is just a pathetic reach. Im filing with the FDA for what I received as "food" and the wonderful management. Dont waste your time or money here, its a waste.

Garlic Permesian is the best. I eat here every time I return home, (every 4 to 6 weeks) Sometimes there customer service is great and sometimes not. Same with wait times.
