My wife and I came here with high expectations but were honestly let down. My steak was grossly undercooked, Im talking almost raw, I had to send it back because it was very very gross and even the waitress agreed and apologized. My wifes food seemed fine until after we went home she started throwing up and were pretty sure it was because of the food seeing as how we didnt eat anything besides cereal for breakfast. My wifes shrimp looked sketchy honestly I think thats what it was. The waitress was very nice we still left a nice tip for her. Honestly for us it wasnt worth it all, its so overpriced and the food is mediocre. Hope other people have a better time than we did.

Three of us wanted to dine at Red Lobster Silverdale before our movie. We only had 50 minutes for our meal. I expressed this need to the manager and he willingly obliged us and gave us Carrie. He knew Carrie could take on this task. Carrie ROCKED IT!!! She was polite, professional, friendly, fun, and kept us on task. She knew her stuff and our meal was very quick yet enjoyable. We were out of the restaurant in 43 minutes. I was very very pleased with my service and accommodation at Red Lobster Silverdale. I will not make being in a hurry a habit, but I was so thankful that Carrie and staff could make my night happen. THANK YOU!

This was the first time I went into a Red Lobster. My blue-cheese steak about left me speechless and greater than that was the customer service. The reception by the staff at the front counter was consistent and positive with everyone who came in -- and like when we left we were thanked for coming, wished a good evening, and they hope we come again. Rehearsed line, sure, but it still felt genuine. Our server, Beth, was great -- she helped to make a perfect first impression of Red Lobster. To make sure her manager knows I plan to follow this posting with a call.

Our service as of late has needed improvement. I realize that it can get busy on a week day, that being said it takes 15 seconds to walk by a table to check on them. It took lots of reminders to get drinks, soda and iced tea, to the table. I realize that this is not a "fast food" element. But an hour and a half to get through dinner is a little excessive.

I mean mom had a gitt certificate here. I would never pay to eat here in the first place. Bad service and horrible tasteless food. Maybe they were understaffed but still... I saw all sorts of people not being attended to for long periods of time. Only come here if you are self loathing. Avoid at all costs!

The staff seems nice. The food... is edible. A quality restaurant keeps their menu smaller, in my experience. Theirs is fricken massive. The cooks never have a chance to perfect a few dishes. Anyway, the prices are a bit high for being a chain. Come here for the biscuits... then leave soon after.

Food was good service is questionable and it wasnt very clean. Seated next to a birthday party for a teenager. Yeppers, just my wife and I look for a nice dinner. Well, I asked for my meal to go after seeing food in the chairs at our table. Will be looking for a better romantic dinner place.

I love red lobster! The food is a little pricy but when you take in the quality of it that is then understandable. The food is always perfect, I have never had a problem with the servers or hostess. The was the first red lobster I have been to and it definitely set the bar high.

The restaurant was uncrowded but the service was slow and inattentive. I ordered crab cakes and salmon Oscar, and in all honesty should have sent it back, the crab tasted like it was a day away from being rancid. For being so pricey I hoped for more.

The soup was satisfactory and biscuits excellent as always but the lava chocolate chip cake was not very good; it was hard and not at all lava. The chocolate was not flowing, it was like chocolate you held on your hand for 10 minutes, its just soft.

Was very impressed! Great food as always and we had a spectacular server who went above and beyond. We ordered the endless shrimp and he brought us out a whole bunch of different kinds of shrimp not even on the menu.

Went on Sunday late. Food looked like it was sitting around too long. Waitress forgot silverware and never noticed till we pointed it out...still she forgot. Mixed up the plating. Never offered desert. waste of $$$.
