La comida esta bien pero el servicio es super mal Especial mente. Cuando te lleban la comida Cuando pides un cafe oh algo de tomar. Deven de. Decirte si quieres mas. Pero. Es al reves tu tienes q desirles q quieres. Otra refil . Aparte. Sebe q no trabajan. Agusto y no tienen caracter.lo digo porq ban 6 beses q bisito este lugar el manager deve de fijarse bien. A quien contrata asta para yebarte la cuenta tardan.

Agua medio pintada eso es lo que es el cafe aqui . Y que ese es el cafe regular como si fuera la primera ves que paso por aqui u otro de sus restaurantes . Hagan bien las cosas en lugar de dar escusas baratas.

Every time I come here and order the same thing we have the same problem. I order eggs WELL DONE say it 2 3 times. Then you bring back soggy eggs so I send em back then I have to wait while everyone else eats and Im stuck looking waiting for my food. then you bring back the same eggs cooked right but drenched in oil because you to lazy to recook eggs

This is my to go ihop. I come here every sunday and once i walk in the door theres a great greeting by Jazmin S shes a wonderful manager and server when needed, and im a regular and she and the rest of the staff knows my spot... Ill always feel like at home always great service, great smiles,and great timing and great food thumbs up for the cooks..

Great pancakes but they got only one start from me because of cheating they did in charging me! In-spite of giving 15% + in tip, I got 2 extra dollars charged on my card. This is something I didnt expect from such an established food chain. Edit: I reached out to them and they accepted their mistake and compensated me.

The customer service was amazing. Very friendly where who genuinely cared about her guest happiness. The food I would give a 4 star for the price paid. I ended up getting a turkey sandwich but could not even taste the meat (bacon & turkey) over the bread and veggies.

The waiter George has been working for awhile and he is always very attentive, makes sure every is going well. I tried a fairly new dish the steak omelette and it was delicious. I couldnt finish all of the pancakes so I took them home. Nice experience !!!

Friendly employees and the food, I ordered the strawberry banana pancakes, was fantastic. I recommend this location of IHOP. My waiters name was Karla and she was very polite and came to check up on us periodically. All in all, her service was great.

Great kind service at 3a.m wen i went with my wife and her sister but got attacked by a drunk loser had to call police there was a police there inside also. The inside police officer was nice and helped us out. So was the skokie police.
