The last time I set foot in this building was when it was a JB Winberrys in the late 80s.. But, whatever. The food was good, but a little overpriced. The special juices offered are less expensive than the OJ. Why??? Coffee was OK. Portions of food was decent and hot. The place is very loud since you are surrounded by hard surfaces. Theres no carpeting, all tile. The noise was almost unbearable especially in the middle section. It used to be where the bar was. If there are kids nearby or a large group good luck hearing your own conversation. Do yourself a favor and sit along with Windows on the east side of the building. You should be OK as the heat was turned up. We went on a Sunday 2 weeks ago after church and got there at 830 a.m. The placed filled up FAST around 9 a.m. Id go back, but not for a while. Ill stick with my regular places in Deerfield and Northbrook.

The apple cinnamon pancake is a delicious monstrosity which Im glad I got the chance to try. Because of the molten sugar on top its pretty much guaranteed to burn your mouth but because its so delicious its hard to stop eating it. Once it cools it gets even better as the sugar gets a sticky caramel consistency. Its defiantly large enough to serve 2. The corned beef hash had a good flavor and was cooked well but they dice everything so small that the texture was off-putting. My friends got the french toast which I didnt care for, it seemed like they quickly dipped the bread in batter instead of soaking it. 3 stars for sure if it wasnt for the pancake which is my new breakfast obsession.

We had a group of 7, bit somehow were seated almost immediately. Almost felt guilty as we passed up others who had been waiting. Waitress was very good and the food is delicious. The apple cinnamon pancake was incredible if not ginormous. I would ask the waiter/waitress if you feel you are ordering too much food. Only thing that prevents me giving a 5 star is the orange juice. The orange juice itself was amazing, but the portion size for the price was waaay to small.

Walker Bros. has been a favorite of ours for over 35 years. It is our special occasion fun place to go. We have celebrated birthdays and just special times out at there various locations. Have never been disappointed in the quality of the food or service. Friends know we like Walker Bros. so much they give us gift certificates, one of which we just used two weeks ago for a lunch and a movie time out. My personal favorite is the 49er pancakes.

Service was horrible, the waitress had a bad attitude, didnt come check if we needed anything, a bus boy ended up getting me something to drink, food was not good at all, I had the Mediterranean omelet, the feta cheese tasted moldy, the onions were nasty, I would not suggest to come to this place, and before I was done eating the waitress came by with the check in hand and asked if I wanted anything else, where do they do that at?????

Polite staff and fast service. Menu lacks most traditional breakfast fare. No skillets, all eggs come basted, and omelettes are strictly oven baked that take 20 mins. Had the traditional eggs Benedict. Hollandaise sauce was very bland and hash browns were under cooked. Price of this was $1.50 more than a tastier corned beef benedict with more flare on it at Wildberry. Pancakes tasted like cardboard. First and last time here.

I have been going to this pancake house for a really long time now and I have never had an issue until now. A young lady that worked there was being really rude to the people right next to me.. She has black hair, 51, chinese, young lady. Her name was something like Nora, Norma, I did not catch her name. I really hope this does not happen again.

We used to be big fans of Walker Brothers but the service has slid so badly we won;t be going back. As an example today we went ordered coffee, no sweetener on the table, order sweetener, waited, reorder sweetener, finally get just two packs....little stuff like that. Too many places with good food AND service to put up with that.

Always, consistently excellent. Love my coffee with heavy whipping cream, love the bacon, love the omelets! Would love the pancakes except I cant eat them, but my mom took care of them for me. Love the stained glass, loved our waiter. All good.

We were on a time crunch. We were about to walk out, but caught the manager on the way out. He assured us hed take care of us and get us everything we needed within 30 min, and he delivered on his promise. Great management and tasty food.

Very good food- the wait staff were wonderful- very accommodating. the only slight issue was the noisy children in the restaurant but all in all a very good experience. wonderful eggs benedict with mushrooms and spinach.

The food here is overrated. I had the pumpkin pancakes and they tasted nothing like pumpkin. The chicken crepes are really good, but I can get better, cheaper breakfast elsewhere (try Annies in downtown Skokie).

Yeah, this place is the real deal. If you go there, give serious consideration to their signature dishes (Apple Pancake, Danish Garden). A bit on the pricey side, but hey, you get what you pay for, right?

A huge range of delicious breakfast items. It can get quite crowded on the weekends, but the wait is generally worth it. Be warned, portion sizes are huge so this may be your only meal of the day!

If you dont know, now you know, pancakes. The best there is. Dont let the line scare you. It goes quick and is always worth the wait. Seriously, grab me a stack while youre there.

Hey, I love getting diabetes in the morning. Get the apple dutch baby and youll have a whole weeks calories in one sitting. Seriously, good food but in moderation...

I dont feel walkers brothers is as good as it was. Even the wilmette location has become less sanitary with a lazier staff. Food is still good as well as the decor

Great brunch place and very friendly service. On one visit we did have to wait quite a while for someone to come help us but otherwise its been good.

3 stars was pushing it. Pancakes are delicious. Service was terrible except for the greeter. Pricey because you dont get any sides with the pancakes.

No complaints on the food other than price. The signature apple pancake is over $10 and doesnt include any side items. Not a great value.

Great pancakes. Great omelette. Wonderful ambience. All around excellent food. Only thing is they forgot the lemon for my water.

People love the Apple pancake... But the real secret about this place are the 49er flap jacks and the bacon!

Pecan waffle, bananas on top, basted eggs on the side = 10/10 golf breakfast. Place was on point as always
