Whatever other taco establishment your feeble human mind is considering becoming a patron of, set it on fire in your mind and banish the thought. For there is only one taco place worthy of consideration for your greedy American hands, and that is L Taco. If you want to experience pure, unadulterated bliss, purchase a "dumpster taco". This magical abomination is everything you could ever dream of, and is the greatest thing in existence ever. Most people say "the greatest thing since sliced bread" but this is not an accurate description. Imagine the greatest moment in your life, such as the day you got married, or the birth of your child and multiply that by 7 billion. Then sacrifice both your spouse and firstborn in the fires of hell and that is but a glimpse of the glory and magnificence that you will experience while eating one of these tacos. All in all, pretty good taco place.

While Ive never ate in the restaurant there have been many times my wife and I have ordered breakfast for delivery and its usually excellent. Today I ordered Eggs a la Mexicana and my wife had Barbacoa. Both were delicious as usual but they forgot the tortillas. We called to let them know and do you know what they did? They rushed a hot fresh batch with extras right to our door. Not only is their food delicious and hot but their service goes way beyond my expectations. Most places offer to credit the missing item on your next order. If I dont get the item they forgot, I consider that my meal is now ruined. L Taco gets this, most places dont. They go out of their way, during the Saturday morning rush, to make sure your meal is perfect. Way to go L Taco! If I could give you 10 stars I would! Kind Regards, Michael

Los tacos de carne asada es como carne hervida tida mojada nada tienen de asada...el guacamole no es guacamole sólo es aguacate molido sin sal ni nada deberían aclararlo así no lo hubiera pedido es como engañar , el precio no lo vale el taco..esta caro

Great place to eat if you like old bacon you could just make some in the oven and leave it sit around all week as you make breakfast for yourself. And if youre impressed by the gallons of hot sauce that sits out all day as people hover around it and it collects things no telling what youre going to get Im trying to order a couple of breakfast tacos and Im watching the young cook in the kitchen go from putting her fingers in her mouth to working on food nice.

So far, this place is KINDA like a best kept secret in San Anto. Its like three awesome Tex-Mex food trucks in one place! The tacos are hot, they taste fresh, and are definitely competitively priced for what you get (and the whole menu is served all day!). The sauces are so-so; except the cilantro avocado sauce, which is pretty much dream juice (too bad its only served on weekends). L Taco is worth a visit. But be careful—you might get addicted.

Quality of food and service has been declining. I have visited this place several times over the past year. I have noticed the cleanliness and quality of food has declined now that I dont see the lady with a sort of limp(?) working in the restaurant. Hopefully she is managing her health at the moment, recovers well, and returns to guiding the current employees on how to return to the great quality food they had in the past.

Its OK, I am more of a Los Balitos guy. Their salas/ sauce bar has about 4-5 options, their hot sauce has a great flavor, but a little mild on the heat. Their roasted sauce is smokey (think they put coffee grinds in it) like it. My kids had the egg/sausage tacos, I had the L Dumpster and Machacado breakfast taco. I suppose I was not full when leaving and was a little disappointed.

Weve driven past this restaurant countless times over the last couple of years. We decided to give it a try and we were pleasantly surprised. Ordered the Chilaquiles Rancheros Plate. The food was served hot and very fresh! They have a large menu to choose from The establishment is clean inside and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Well be coming back in the future.

Their carne guisada is on point excellent. Tortillas are perfect. Fantastic customer service. Theyre nice, personable, and helpful. I like that their menu offers a lighter fare as we do have health conscious people in our office. (As we probably all should be haha) My co-workers all loved their food as well. My husband and i are both regular patrons.

My co-workers and I tried this place near our office. Service and food were great! I love that they have healthy menu options. The Chicken quinoa bowl was excellent. It has spinach, chicken, quinoa, queso fresco, black beans and guac! Serving size was decent for the price. We will be definitely return for more lunch visits!

The stone oak location had dirty tables and floors. I dont understand why they didnt have time to clean since the place was pretty empty. I had a barbacoa torta with fried potatoes. The food did not taste fresh, and it had a funky taste. The food made me feel sick for the rest of the day. :(

Everything is delicious. And theres plenty of healthy offerings as well. Alambre taco on corn is my favorite. Also love their bacon and egg and bean cheese breakfast tacos. And they have delicious salsa. Eat here!!! Its delicious and great prices.

The food tastes really good, except the tortillas they are not home made. Its very disappointing that EVERY single TIME l order they manage to mess up some how. Theyre other places around here definitely not coming back.

I might just be a regular. The barbacoa is not a hit or miss as Ive experienced in other taquerias. I love their Mexican tortillas and carne guisada taco. Ive never been a Mexican food kind of gal but Im hooked.

L taco is a pretty good and convenient taco/Mexican restaurant. They offer pretty good food and decent prices. I only wish that they served the garlic cilantro sauce all week instead of just the weekend.
