Customer service is horrible! I used to order from this place atleast once a week but I decided to stop a few months ago since I was always waiting over an hour for my food. However, today I decided that I wanted to eat a burger (pregnancy cravings) and ordered from burger time. On grub hub I accidentally placed my burger for a veggie pattie when I meant to get a turkey pattie. I placed my order at 4:08pm and called the restaurant at 4:14pm to correct my order. Of course when I told them that I wanted to fix my order, conveniently they had already had my entire order completely ready to go with the delivery driver (yeah right.. okay). The man (or lady) got a nasty attitude with me when I told them that I didnt mind waiting extra time for my order to get fixed. The last time I ordered from them, my salad came with no chicken. I guess I should have kept my last time as my last... dont order from here!

Based on my experience here, these are my reasons for the 1-star rating: 1. Too many flies flying around. 2. The guacamole was a joke. 3. Serving water in plastic cups. 4. Music is terrible and loud. 5. Prices and atmosphere = No 6. I thought this place would be great cus of the reviews but then I realized white people wrote it and then I thought to myself, "wait a minute, this whole neighborhood is just white." 7. There are only two people working here when there should be 4 (someone at register, someone serving, someone in the kitchen, and someone cleaning). 8. Not only are the burgers overpriced but they are the size of a McDonalds burger. 9. Also, ordered medium-well burger, got well done burger.

Guacamole was a joke...ordered through seamless and when I received the order I was in shock!!!....the size serving of the Guacamole vs the amount of chip was extremely uneven...Guacamole was serve in an extremely small cup for the price of $5.99 there was only about a tablespoon of quacamole!! Also, I ordered a burger medium rare and they sent it burnt!!! Theyre over priced, as well had no lettuce, tomatoes or any dressing and NO FRIES and price was still $8.99 for the burnt burger

I want to like the place because its a local burger joint, but the food just sucks. The service is kind of lame too. Seriously, how can you open a specialty restaurant for burgers and serve flaccid, sad, frozen patties with nothing done to them? I was making better burgers in a broiler in my parents kitchen when I was 9. Save your money and go to McDonalds or Wendys if you want a cheap burger.

What a great atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly, the food is tasty and hot, and Id much rather come to a welcoming neighborhood place than a fast food chain! Food is cooked to order just the way I like it, too. Be sure to try their Zesty Ranch sauce on your burger or as a dip for your fries. Its very good!

Cheeseburger was great, had asked for sweet potato fries instead of regular fries, but got both. My daughter ordered a grilled chicken wrap with fries and a mint chocolate chip shake, she was content.. Will come back to try other items in the menu

I had such great service at this location and not to mention the tasty burgers.I couldnt believe they made my dream burger there with Jalapenos and cayenne pepper. It was definitely a dream come true. The loaded fries are to die for....

Food is great and atmosphere is great!!!! Just started selling beer and wine which is awesome because wings and beer are an amazing combo. Definitely will be going back again. The girls in the front are the sweetest!!

Very Good!! Burger Time is the best time to get a burger, chicken sandwich, philly cheese steak, milk shakes, etc.. The veggie burgers are amazing!! One of the best burger places in the Bronx!!!
