Horrible. Will not return. Went to the location in/near Aurora that is pretty new. We waited about 40 minutes to be seated, we requested to sit somewhere not near the door, and the hostess hushed us and told us not to worry it wont be cold by the door (it was) and ignored our requests. Once we sat down, donuts served were good (the highlight of the day) and we ordered, we werent given two of the menus (you get 3, one for food, one for drinks, one for specials). A few minutes after ordering, my mom picked up a menu of specials we didnt receive and requested an order change and the waitress seemed so bothered by it. I ordered my skillet and it arrived with green peppers (which I did not order, I am allergic), so I sent it back. When it finally came back after about 20 minutes, it was wrong again and they decided to change the potatoes on it. Finally I told her I lost my appetite and didnt want it. In the mean time, my mother received her eggs which she ordered over-medium. They arrived and were gooey and what I would call over-easy. My mother politely requested new eggs, in response the waitress argued with my mom and asked her if she knew what over-medium looks like and was impatient and rude. After requesting new eggs, the waitress never came back with any eggs. My mother and I ate the donuts and two sausage links for breakfast there, nothing else worked out. I never even got straws or a water refill I requested. We were told by the manager that our waitress was "one of her bests" HAH, if that is their best I would stay far far away!

Ive been to two different Juicy-Os now, and I had very different experiences at each. in both cases, I would say that the food was just ok. The little donuts they bring to the table are excellent, but the rest of the food was your average, middle of the road fare. Not horrible, but nothing to write home about (or go out of your way for). As for the service, at the Willowbrook location it was HORRIBLE. The waitress was downright surly, and she was completely inattentive. The only way we got anything was to ask the busboy (who was nice). In the end, we tipped the waitress very little, and brought a separate tip to the busboy for HIS service! On the other hand, at the Downers Grove location, the service was fine. I cant say that we never had to ask for anything, but the waitress was friendly and attentive. She was around frequently with coffee, and when we asked for a refill on our waters she came back quickly. The busboy there was nice too (Juicy-O must have a good busboy recruitment program). He noticed us looking around (at the many cute signs all over the walls), and interpreted this as a need for something. He very nicely asked if we did, in fact, need anything, and did so with a friendly, helpful smile. I cant say that I will frequent Juicy-O since the food is just mediocre, and I can get better closer to home. However, if I do find myself going to a Juicy-O, it will be the Downers Grove location and NOT the Willowbrook ever again!

I thought old ladies were supposed to be nice. Our waitress wouldnt let my boyfriend order first when I wasnt ready yet because she "likes to start with the ladies." Fresh squeezed orange juice is not supposed to taste bitter and fizz in your mouth. When we complained, she took it back and came back saying "the orange juice is fine. We just got a shipment of it this morning and we just opened the gallon. Some people dont like it because you can taste the rind." I make fresh squeezed orange juice at my job, I know what fresh squeezed orange juice should taste like. It also shouldnt be shipped if is fresh. The French toast was pretty mutch 2 peices of over cooked break with peanut butter. After we complained to our waitress, she took everything but the bacon we ate off. She was nice in the end but that didnt make up for the bad attitude when we first got there and the poor food quality.

I have been to this establisment several times. The food is good, donuts are great , and smoothies are delicious. Service is average at best..sometimes the waitresses are friendly, sometimes they arent so pleasant or attentive. You get the same with the hostesses who can be stuck up especially the young blond girl in glasses. She was unfriendly when I first walked in the door. I went there to grab a smoothie to go and specified no tapioca bubbles. When she was told that I specified no tapioca bubbles and handed me the remake back...she seemed agitated. Maybe its because she has something better to do like watch Saturday morning cartoons than working at 9am. Im not sure...but Im sure everyone who goes here can agree.....return visits arent because of the service. A great place to bring people when u have a lunch break...a horrible place to bring ur family or friends.

The menu may look like it has impressive offerings for a breakfast place, but dont be fooled. I have eaten here multiple times and I have grown increasingly aware of the lousy service. During my last visit our waiter only took our order and gave us our tab. An expeditor brought us our food and nobody refilled our drinks. I ordered a Party Melt with coleslaw and a side of thousand island...I received the patty melt with fries and no dressing... The waiter brought the correct items later... The burger was dry and flavorless... The restaurant want even busy it was after 1pm... Needless to say but I will not be returning

Horrible service. Not too busy (moderately full dining area), waited 45 minutes for items such as eggs, grits, toast. Overheard the waitress tell the manager that we were getting antsy and start complaining about us asking about our food. Manager came out from discussion with waitress, walked near us and sighed loudly. When the food came out, my poached egg were good, but the grits were cold, cheese on top was excessive and greasy, bacon was tough. My husband didnt find his food very warm either. No apologies for the delay or service from either the waitress or the manager. We will NOT be returning here in future.

The butterfield location is terrible and the manager actually tried to pick a fight with me. I told him a 30 minute wait on food was long and he told me that everywhere is that way. He then proceed to challenge me further and then asked when I was getting offended when he was apologizing. That is the biggest a**hole I have ever dealt with in customer service. I work with and for customer service for a living and if I ever heard a employee or co-worker speak that way to a customer I would make sure they were removed from that role. Good luck maintaining your business.

Went there yesterday with my son and his girlfriend. The donuts were the best part of our experience. The food was terrible, and somewhat cold, the waitress was rude, she brought refills for their drinks in separate cups and topped off their glasses instead of giving a new fresh glass. To top it off, she didnt bring my son the right refill and topped his dr pepper off with pepsi. For how much they raised the prices and how poor the service was, and the quality of food went downhill too, I will never go back. Severe disappointment.
