I have been coming here for at least a couple of years and It was my favorite place to come for breakfast. The service and the food was excellent. This visit was extremely disappointing. Service non existant , waitress didnt check on us. We had to ask other servers for coffee refills and the food took a very long time to come. Other people that were seated after us received their food before we did. The crepes were undercooked and had fewer pieces of fruit than before. I always order those fresh fruit crepes and remember them as being much better than this visit. We complained to the waitress and the hostess however the manager did not make an attempt to talk to us. The manager did remove the crepes from the bill but that is as far as their customer service went. Disappointing visit. I dont think I will come back.

Amazing food and service. Everyone that we came in contact with was very nice. Our server Eric was attentive, nice, and just plain awesome. They have the best coffee. Want to know something cool? They offer you a free cup of coffee or soda to take home with you. I had the banana pancakes with tropical syrup and they tasted like they were made by pancake fairies from Pancakelandia. My son had the bacon waffles and loved them. I also had the super potatoes (I think thats what they were called) and my mouth sang hallelujah, smothered in cheese and bacon and crisp red and green peppers. Definitely worth the money!

I thought it was mediocre. Nothing special for the wait. Coffee was fine and strong, service was ok, Order taking more than service. I had pecan waffles, regular waffles with chopped up pecans ( the ones used for baking) plain. Also had the loaded potatoes which were good. My kids had pancakes and were not bad nothing out of the ordirary. The worst part of my experience was when i got the check and found that a side of bacon was $7! Ridiculous! I will not go back to overpay for mediocre food. If you honestly think this place is a 5 star you are sadly mistaken.

Usually I enjoy the Pancake house, but not today. The service was slow and not very good. The food was meh. The potatoes were cold and overdone. When I checked out I pointed out some added ingredients that we didnt get. The checkout person said she was sorry, but did not remove the items! The manager came and acted like it was my fault! There was a gentleman waiting and he ,too ,complained. Other than the checkout person saying she was sorry (not the manager), there was nothing done to "make it right. wont be eating there again for a long long time

AWESOME staff! Quality customer service. Delicious food. Last weekend we had the pleasure of eating here and we happened to be with a large group of friends (including children). This location was just wonderful with getting us seated in an appropriate amount of time. They were so helpful and kind. It was a great experience for us, the kids were happy and the adults were relaxed. Most importantly we loved our food. Def, going back again as a large group because they were able to take care of us. Thank you!

Well, lets start with the pancakes. Had the buttermilk, and they were excellent. Cooked perfectly and had some good springiness to them. Bacon was amazing. Very thick, cooked perfectly (and theyll adapt to your request), and well cured. This place seems to get packed really quick, and does get a little noisy but it feels like eating dinner with family. Went here for a team outing of 12 people, and they were kind enough to allow us to make reservations. Im sure they appreciated the heads up as well.

Best breakfast placr ever. I come her a few times a month. Normally I never order omelets from a restaurant and theirs are to die for. Bacon Is thick and delicious, you can upgrade the pancakes that come with your meal for cheap. Everything is just amazing. If youre trying to find a place that isnt just another Perkins , this is the place. You will not regret coming here . Make sure you call ahead and add your name to the list...it can get very busy especially Sundays

Pretty good breakfast, but wait was 3xs what they quoted us with no apologies. Once seated, we had to cram into a booth that was too small and the waiter took another 5+ minutes to come to our table. He didnt introduce himself and was less than friendly. He did not bring a booster for our daughter or cream for the coffee and rarely checked in on us. We went on a Wednesday morning...I cant imagine what a weekend is like. Will not be going back.

Very good breakfast, good service, and large portions. Average price of a breakfast dish is just under $10 and the average portion is large. I tone it down by ordering their awesome deluxe potatoes with a side of over easy eggs on top. Although right on Bluemond, it is easy to overlook; it is in front of a furniture store that has been having a perpetual going out of business sale!

Excellent food and service. We had chocolate chip pancakes, strawberry and banana waffle with a strawberry sauce, eggs and side of potatoes. Everything tasted great. Our server was friendly and helpful. The quoted wait time was around 25 minutes but only took about 10-15. Only downside to this place is no sausage gravy. However it wont stop us from coming back!

Blueberry Belgian waffles were average. Wait to get seated was as expected for a Saturday morning (30 min). Waiter never refilled water and gave us a check before we had even finished eating our food. I was disappointed because of a much better experience with this chain at the Campaign, IL location and was expecting the same.

We love eating here. Its one of our favorite places to go. The food is always good! The service is good, but when they are busy its rushed. On the weekends you should expect your wait time to be any where from 20-60 min. My advice go early or go during the week. The prices are higher but the food is good. This isnt IHOP or Perkins.

Food has been consistently good, service has been just fine. Im not sure what happened to Bob2, but been there a lot and never had a bad experience. My wife is a celiac and they have been very good about accomodating her too. She has never had a problem there, but had problems at "better" restaurants.

Have gone to this location several times, and the food is always great. The service is always friendly and Ive never had an order take a long time, usually its a lot faster than expected. Dont be too discouraged from the negative reviews. No place is perfect, but people sure seem to expect that anyway.

Love this place!! The food is always really good and the wait staff is always around and checks on you to see how things are and if anything is needed. But not to the point were it starts to get annoying. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Seated quickly but down hill from there. Fresh oj was sour and than the coffee was well burnt. Choco pancakes were plain and the hash was basic. Service was friendly. Was going to 3 star but than both bf and I got very sick an hour later.
