My experience was very unfortunate. Upon walking in, you could tell that it may have been an OK experience, but I had to toss something away from our car trip and there were no trash cans outside near the place. So, I had to go to the restroom. Its off the hostess station in the back. The back bathroom was questionable. This should have been my red flag. We were sat right away next to a rather loud group of teenagers. Twenty minutes into it, we told our hostess who immediately said that they were working on lowering the volume of the radio, but we had to imply that we were actually requesting to move because of the guests. We were moved and that was fine. Our experience so far was all right. When it started going downhill was when we received our food nearly 45 minutes after we sat down. One guest had received over easy eggs that were extremely greasy and sausage that was cold. She did not eat her meal. The next guest had bacon with black burnt remnants on it. Not edible. My fiance had ordered a simple chicken strip and french fries appetizer. Which indicated that it would come with honey mustard, but this was not brought out. Instead, it came in a bowl and the french fries and chicken strips were not arranged. My fiance separated the chicken strips and the fries and tried one bite of the fries and had a disgusted face on him. The fries tasted old (I suspect because of old frier oil, which sould be changed each day). The chicken strips he did not taste but I did. They were bland and tasted aged. Heres what I suspect about his dish: They fried both the chicken strips and the fries together in one basket. This was unacceptable. My guest actually walked out. My dish was acceptable until I got to my pancakes (blackberry and peach special). All was OK until I started to cut into my pancake and found a white bread tag in my pancake. We spoke to the assistant manager, a timid young lady who had an appalled face on her when we showed her what happened (I mean, she had to think... would I eat this?). We got comped for our meal. However, I cannot say that I will go here again. Unfortunately, very little control for a chain. Disappointing given the neighborhood.

The waitress was great... the food not so much.... I ordered a country fried steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli and a bowl of loaded baked potato soup.... soup was as warm as if it was dumped out of the can it came from... the potatoes were from a box and also just luke warm... the gravy on the steak was bland and again luke warm.... the country fries steak also no flavor.... my son ordered a burger and fries... only good thing was his fries (and the appetizer platter). The burger you could tell was not fresh but a frozen patty.... very disappointed in the quality of food.... a waste of $50.... I should say waste of $40.... still gave waitress a good tip since it wasnt her fault the food sucked... she removed the one soup from my bill.

I was there on 8/1/15 at 10:30pm. 10 tables still had not been cleared, crap all over the floor. Employees cursing at the top of their lungs in the kitchen. Loud rap music blaring. Despite this, actually stayed and ordered. What a mistake. Pancakes that were hard on the outside, yet still raw in the center. I dont know if theyve found a way to order pre-made over easy eggs, but they were perfect circles, not a single sign of having been on a grill, and bright, bright yellow. Disgusting taste to them as well. Had to track down the waitress who disappeared for 20 minutes despite the fact that she was the only one working the floor. Terrible food quality, lousy staff, and dirty. Avoid at all costs.

Discussting!!!! We were first sat at a booth and then noticed it was full of ANTS!!!! So we moved ourselfs to a new seat "since the place was empty" and ordered our food. The forks had dried food on them, cups had lip marks from not being washed. The sausage and hamburger tasted as if it had been sitting out for a month!!! Will definitely be calling the health department over this place on monday! The water tasted like it was pulled from the toilet! Oh for our bad experience we got 20% off lmfao. Stay far far far away from this establishment! Theres even dust caked on the air vents....

This IHOP gave me exactly what I had expected! My meal was absolutely awful, and I felt bad for the one server who did all the work for the whole place while the other two did nothing but talk and laugh with each other. I got an omelette and it was extremely dry with no texture. This is exactly what I had expected when coming here due to what I had read. What drove me to come here was the word on the street of how bad it was and after reading the Google reviews I knew I just needed to come here. My meal was awful and now that I have experienced it, I will now never have to come again!

Yes, there was nice service, but beside this and good pancakes, there is nothing to like in this ihope location. I invited my family for a lunch to ihop because we always had good experience in this chain. Unfortunately not in this place. I was so disappointed when I got my stuffed French toast refrigerator cold! I hoped they make each one fresh to order, but I was wrong. My brother had bacon omelette, which looked good only on menu, but tasted ok. I don’t know what was wrong with the food, but we all had emergency stops at restrooms. So no, I wont eat in this place again.

Not the fault of the staff, just not enough help for an unexpected crowd. One server and one busser and a large party. Our table of four waited 45 minutes to talk someone into taking our order, three tables of guests walked out without service, several parties walked out without having been seated. We finally walked out 40 minutes later and our food was not even on the grill. To be fair, it has been better, but they should ha e been able to get some extra help to keep from losing at least 25 customers in an hour and a half.

Horrible service. They forgot my entire meal. And my friend never got his french toast until about a minute before the check came. Waitresses were laughing in the kitchen instead of refilling our drinks and doing their jobs. Not friendly at all in fact they mostly seemed as if they were avoiding us. The food was awful my eggs were a greenish liquid inside absolutely disgusting I would never feed my family here. Ruined IHOP for me I dont think I will ever go back to one in my life. Dennys is much better quality and service .

Horrible horrible horrible! Waited 15-20 minutes and once we were seated we got the worst server possible! She asked for our drinks and was very impatient. Made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. When she brought my husbands coffee she threw it down and she brought my drink no straw. She then walked away mumbling I need to get your silverware. We got up and walked out. We told the hostess we were leaving and he couldnt have cared less. Waste of 20 minutes!
