Great buffet! Best food in the Twin Cities if you like fresh greens, salads, soups, and delicious healthy options. Their super specialty is the salads and the variety of dressings. But there is a wonderful hot selection, lots of yummie cinnamon rolls, chocolate cupcakes, and a whole fresh fruit bar. It is a refreshing alternative to the deep fried greasy high calorie stuff served in standard menu restaurants. The atmosphere is also perfect. Tables are distributed between partitions for privacy so you can have tete a tete in a corner all to your romantic selves. The place is very clean and the discreet staff quiety whisk away dirty plates and clean your table as soon as you get up for that second or third helping. This is food without guilt. You can eat a lot, enjoy and savor the flavors of freshness, and your body will say "thank you."

I live in Edina,this place is the best restaurant in the state of Minnesota. I go there with my family almost every week we love their fresh salad bar and the way it is presented to the visitors. They have the best quality of soups made from scratch. It is a spacious place you feel comfortable in it as soon as you walk in to the place with nice atmosphere, and nice beautiful lake view if you sit close to the windows. What is also more important to me is that the staff is very respectful to all ethnicities and cultures,and you feel welcomed no matter who you are . So in summary : Food is so delicious Place is clean Staff is very respectful Atmosphere is comfortable . I just have a question to the owner. How do I know the types of soups in advance?

We have been going to QCumbers for nearly ten years. It is our "go to place" for special occasions. Salad bar has not changed much in all those years but we dont care. Its always fresh and delicious. The variety of soups they serve is outstanding. My first reaction when I read the new soup signs is, "Where do they come up with these recipes!". I would go there for the soups alone. The wait staff is super helpful and friendly. Many of them have been there for a long time, which speaks volumes about the management. QCumbers is a stand out amongst buffet restaurants. They truly are the best when compared to the rest!

Its a good buffet not great. It has a review of best buffet in Minnesota. Only buffet i have eaten at in Minnesota since Ive been here and I think its a bit of an over statement. I went on a Monday night. The great thing is it was .99¢ for kids. Cant go wrong with that. As for the rest of the buffet was ok. Good salad bar. The hot food section was pretty bad and the soups were not good and smelled pretty bad. Desert was probably the best part. The chocolate chip cookies are really good. The service was very good and they come around alot to clean up plates. Its an ok buffet but I would look for others.

Unbeatable American buffet. All their fresh ingredients are real from the bacon in the salad bar to the cheese in the cheesy pasta bake. They have so much to choose from that Ill have to go back a few more times at least. The only negative was a screaming baby but thats not really their fault. The Sunday brunch runs from 10 until 2. Pro tip: Get a full size plate and create a monster dessert. Place a little bit of hot caramel in the center of the plate then put a chocolate chip cookie on the caramel. Then put a giant swirl of ice cream over the cookie then go crazy with toppings. See pix. The

The food used to be extremely good it has gone downhill a bit and is average at best i should have stayed home but the reason i am writing this review is because while I was in there getting a to-go box I heard the manager who was I thought was a customer talking to the employees so rudely I actually had to take a second look because I thought it was a customer talking to the employees like that she had regular street clothes on no uniform very casual dress I think maybe she was pregnant IDK at any rate I felt really bad for the employees that she was talking to it was sad

This is one of the best buffets we have tried in the Minneapolis area. While, like any other buffet, you can eat as much as you want, unlike most other buffets, the food is healthy, low fat, and low in calories. This seems to be the big picture behind Q.Cumbers: in accordance with this idea, you can find few entrees, while there is plenty to choose from in the salad bar area. The environment is clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is excellent! In sum, in its own class, considering its price which is quite acceptable, I give it 5 stars!

Very fresh ingredients as far as veggies and fruits, I do wish they had baked goods that were gluten free. They had cinnamon rolls and other yummy looking desserts but I couldnt eat that because of celiacs. I ate their during Sunday brunch. I tried it based on reviews on find me gluten free app. The staff didnt seem to know what actually was gluten free or not such as the pineapple ham, I assumed it was but it wasnt marked and they werent sure so I didnt eat it as a precaution. So all I got was fruit and salad.

We went on a Wednesday, which was still a good deal for our family as kids under 3 are free and kids 3-12 are $.80 / year. Salad as usual was great, soup was good too and they were constantly churning out more fresh bread and breadsticks while we were there. Hot bar can be hit or miss depending on the main course of the day. Ice cream was very good for self-serve soft serve. Soda is included in the price and the sippy cups for the kids (which they ask you *not* to take home) are much appreciated as well!

I booked a wedding party of 50 for Saturday August 16th, and the Staff was super accommodating, they were ready with the section for our group. The restaurant is clean with an open feel, and the food was DELICIOUS!!! Our whole wedding party just kept raving about the quality and variety of the food, I would especially like to mention Alex our waiter that bused and took care of all of the 50 guests. What happened? Place used to have the best food. Watery salad dressing. Hot buffet was NASTY, chicken was dry and over cooked, and when I asked the cook about it he said he prefers it that way, "better to be dry and over cooked than under cooked and raw" were his exact words - then he went on to say it was Golden Plumps fault that the pieces they recently sent are too big! Nothing but excuses. Lets not forget the soups (4) were cold. FYI dude, danger zone 40 F - 140 F.

We stopped at this place on the way to the airport as I was hoping for something a little lighter before a flight. It is also conveniently located near the freeway not far from MSP Airport. The dining room was large and the whole place smelled clean and fresh. I was impressed at how fresh all the food was and also good quality. I have been to other chain buffets where this was not the case. The service was also fast and friendly. I will definitely stop again.
