Worst food on the face of this planet. This squalid shack of an establishment is an utter disgrace to humanity. Beyond their ulcerous food choices, their services are pathetic, employees are incredibly rude, and facilities are presumably wretched. After innocently ordering some food for delivery, it was to my chagrin that my order did not arrive in the fifteen-minute time span that the moron on the other end of the line stated. Rather my pathetic bag of food arrived in sixty minutes—not at my door but three blocks down the road. Thus, I had no choice but to track the deliveryman down in complete darkness only to receive my cold food. Upon returning to my humble abode, I opened my bag only to find half of my order. I immediately called Nubies back, who then regretfully apologized and promised to waive the charges as a result of the inconvenience. I never received the other half of my order. Despite my loss of appetite I attempted to enjoy my food which—to no surprise—consisted of chicken wings with hair in them cold pizza. The pizza was absolutely atrocious and left me with nothing but severe stomach pains and the persistent longing to regurgitate… I didn’t even bother with the chicken. The next day I checked my credit card statement and was overcharged 13 dollars for my meal, which the manager swore he would waive. After calling Nubies the next day, I was informed by the same nefarious serpent that he could no longer do anything about the transaction that he already charged to my card and apologized for the overcharge which he claimed to be an “honest mistake”. Subsequently, the scumbag of a manager hung up the phone and then went on to block my number as to prevent further inquires. Hence, I was left with an overcharged meal—half of which never arrived—and a bitter disposition with both the manager and employees. Nubies is composed of liars, thieves, imbecilic pilferers, unprofessional dimwits, and slanderous villains. I advise all not to make the same mistake as I did and order food from this place as you are better off rummaging in the trashcan to eat some chewed gum or a rotting apple core. Ordering food from Nubies has been the biggest mistake of my accomplished life and I urge you all seek better dining options. Do not waste your precious time and please eat real food. Do not patronize the pernicious rustlers of our community and find better dining options. I am extremely surprised that Nubies is still open, but am not surprised with all of the damning reviews it has already received. Nubies will ostensibly go out of business soon and crumble to pieces as it should have upon its opening. Silly me for not having done my due diligence and reading upon this place online before placing my order. Lastly, I wished food review sites would implement an option for 0 of 5 stars, because in my opinion, 1 of 5 stars—though the lowest rating option—is much too generous for a place like Nubies. Overall, do not even waste your time here. Worst experience of my life.

By far one of the worst place in New Brunswick -- there are already a ton of negative stories on here already, but our incident has us questioning about whether to file a police report. So the disclaimer is I didnt purchase food on this night, however one of my roommates did. After having to wait well beyond her delivery time (20 or 30 minutes over) and numerous phone complaints, she eventually fell asleep with her phone assuming the food was never going to come. Lo and behold, the delivery guy arrived an hour after they said he should be there, at 3 AM. After being unable to get in touch with my roommate, he pounded on the door and immediately barged into our house without anyone letting him in. Nobody was awake, it was a 30 year-old grown man breaking into a house of college aged girls screaming about "where his money was." Not only was it a terrifying experience, but he refused to apologize or leave the house until we mentioned a police report and started to demand a name. Instead, he kept complaining about how we should be up or took too long to come downstairs (all two seconds he gave us before breaking in, at 3 in the God-damn morning). Whats even worse, when we called the store to complain (hoping it was just a bad delivery driver), they REFUSED to apologize and simply said it was our fault. We could have prevented the "breaking and entering and trespassing" if we had waited up the extra hour. I mean, who cares about home privacy when your can eat cold, card-boardy pizza and greasy disgusting fries. So yeah, filing a police report tomorrow. Food sucked, service was unbelievably worse.

let me tell you what to expect when you order a delivery from Neubies. You will get a delivery driver who will be over an hour late.. And English was not his first language. He said his name was George. Well this George fellow was so vulgar and impotent (mind you, I was patient enough to walk a block to pick up my food with no temper) that he demanded a tip first thing that I got there. I love small business. ill choose a small private business over dominos or papa Johns fake cheese pizza any day but this place is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Their driver could not speak English, was over an hour late, made me walk a block for my food, demanded a tip before even letting me pay for my damn food, and cursed at me before leaving when k gave him a dollar tip for his unwarranted attitude. The experience was honestly frightening. I thought he was going to mug me. Please, if you are visiting this city for the hospital or are just a resident who hasnt tried the pizza places on Easton avenue, avoid this place for your own sanity. It ruined my day and it will ruin yours, too.

I ordered a Fat Knight (Cheesesteak, Chicken fingers, Mozz sticks, Fries, and Marinara sauce) and they screwed me. I was looking for a phone number and found their website, they had advertised on the front page to order online...I did, when i got there they discouraged me from doing that because they make less money, I told him he shouldnt have advertised it then, he didnt speak English well enough to respond. On to the sandwich. They didnt give me any Mozzarella sticks (most likely because of the cost) and instead packed it full with fries and NASTY OLD STALE chicken fingers. They were all unable to be eaten. They had most certainly been sitting on the grill ALL DAY as they were hard as a rock and had less meat in them then my cock, which could be a vagina and this would still apply. I must say, in my 6 years in New Brunswick, this place has been one of my go to places, and I have loved their food for years, unfortunately that ends here. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. I hope they go out of business.

I used to order from this place quite frequently at my times at Rutgers, but one incident has made me hate the place. I ordered food extremely late at night and they did not come for approximately an hour. I did not mind that, but it did take me about two minutes to get outside for the delivery guy after he called my cell phone. Then as I got downstairs I had to yell the guy to come over and give my pizza because he was going to take off with it. The guy literally shoved the pizza in my hands, took the menu out of the box and ran away. He yelled at me because it was cold outside and I took a long time to get down. Literally...I took two minutes, he never gave me my receipt or anything. I decided to order from La Familia instead. Those people are always polite to me and I never had a problem with them. Too bad for Nuebies...good food, extremely poor service.
