Will never go here again. The food is below average. They also forgot part of my order. When I called they said they were sure they put it in there, essentially calling me a liar. I told them they did not and Id like it delivered since I couldnt come back. They wouldnt do it and told me I could either come back and get another one or theyd give me $1 credit. I told her the item was $2.35 + tax. She didnt care. I could either come back or just get a dollar. I asked if she thought that was appropriate customer service and she thought it was. I asked to talk to someone above her and she said shes the co-owner. If this is appropriate customer service for them then Im not interested and Im passing on fair warning to other customers.

I have never had chinese food that was bad, but I got an order of general tsos chicken and it was so horrible. A complete waste of money and I had to go elsewhere to get dinner. The chicken had a horrible taste to it, and the fried rice had no taste at all. Even the eggrolls were bland. The staff there didnt speak english and were yelling in chinese at each other. Im never ordering from there again

I definitely dont come here for the decor. Its a pretty typical fast food Chinese place. The reason I gave it a 1 for decor is because when dining in, they serve you on actual dishes instead of styrofoam boxes. The food is always consistent and always fantastic. They have a lot of great specials that you dont find in typical Chinese restaurants.

i ordered their fried rice and it was not all that good.... it didnt have much flavor, but they did give a lot of meat. i should have ordered china stars fried rice instead. Also, the person who delivered my food might have been smoking cause my bag that the food was in smelled like smoke really bad. but the food smelled normal

Ive ordered from this place over 5 times now, and have never been disappointed. Only thing Im not really happy over is the minimum order total. If they could lower it to 8 or 9 dollars, that would be absolutely perfect for me! They give out pretty big portions and definitely dont need 11 dollars worth of food! Good job though!

I have enjoyed ethnic food from east to west and some of the best all around. This is a jewel for the midwest and a favorite for our family. Dining is fun and taking out is always a dinner treat! Yum. My personal recommendation is the General Tsos Chicken.

My roommate was sick and I didnt have a chance to go to the dining hall; the first real meal she had in a few days was from First Wok. We both thought it was GREAT! Im planning on taking family here when they come up to visit.

Never ordering from them again. Placed an order, get a confirmation email from them, but an hour and a half later I call them and they say they havent had an order placed from me. Hopefully they dont charge my credit card.

Ive ordered from here for the past 4 years. The food is very good and consistent. They will customize any order for you. Best lo mein in town! I do not care for their eggrolls, though, but thats just me.

Horrible service here. Tried multiple times to have food delivered, and my credit card was declined each time. Yet McDonalds and Jimmy Johns accepted it fine.
