Ordered 1 pizza, 12 wings, New old bay cheese fries!!!......I called an hour after placing my order to make sure they didnt forget me. The response I received was "due to the rain, we got more calls then usual, your food should be there any minute". It arrived another 15 min later, so total time was one hour 15 minutes. The pizza box was smashed so when I opened the box it was all over the top of the box. The wings were cold and dried up, the fries were just a big greasy cold lump of fries hardened with melted cheese. I called and said that I wanted a refund, I was told no refund can be given, but they would send me a coupon for a free pizza. This is the most rediculous response I have ever received from a business. I dont know what the hell I will be doing with this coupon because I am not ordering food from them ever again.

This place is always hit or miss. The food is really either really good or not worth the money at all. If you ever call in the evenings or weekends to let them know anything was wrong you get a lot of attitude. I just wish the standards of food and service were better all the time instead of never knowing what you are going to get. We ordered tonight and my sons chicken fingers were very dark brown and dry and the wings my husband and I ordered were also over cooked and dry. I didnt even bother to call due to them being so rude about things so basically I had to throw away $42.82+tip. Its a real shame since they are the only wing place that delivers to where I live

We get the pizza when we order here. Inconsistency is the only complaint. Sometimes there is no sauce, sometimes a ton... Sometimes there is average cheese, other times its too over-loaded. Sometimes its cooked just right. other times its underdone (gooey dough), other times its so well-done that its tough to chew. When its done right, its awesome.. But mix a few of the inconsistencies in there, and you wonder why did I order here? Suggestion - get standard recipes and make all the cooks use measuring devices/utensils/ladles. Consistency is needed (other reviewers mention this as well). 4* for how good it is when they do it right.

Dont order anything that says steak, its roast beef! Was informed after calling this is standard procedure. Cant believe we live this close to philly and a pizza type place is confused about steak. I wonder if the Italian Stromboli is made with Lebanon Bologna! Our boli was also cold, but after all it was just sliced lunch meat! The wings were good, at least I think they were wings. Too small to make out. This place is awful, the people who rate this good must work there or be related to the owner.

I knew i was going to have a bad experience the second I got my bag from the cashier. The wings were super oily even with the extra paper in the box. Some of the wings were smaller than my thumb. Too crispy, barely any sauce. My cajun wing sauce was just a brown oil with seasoning in it. Just not worth it. I can say the service was good because they were able to answer my questions on the phone. This was my first time here, and it will be my last. Would rather just get wings from dominos.

Thats it! Over the years i have come to expect that when i order wings that they are going to be small but i liked the hot sauce and they were cooked right. Until now.3 of my wings were so small i got no meat off them at all!. None! And the rest were so small they were half dry becuse their was no meat on them. Never wild wings, you got my last dollar from me.

I ordered from here twice, and both times the order was wrong when it got to my house. It took them over an hour to drive 5 mins down the road when the order was made, and it was still screwed up. When i called for a refund and them to pick it up, i was told that they dont issue refunds. I wouldnt recommend this place to any of my friends and/or relatives.

Quality of food was 3 or 4. I rated 2 just bc of delivery service. Took 1 hour an 15 mins for delivery when I ordered they said 30 mins. My food was cold. I did call and speak to a manager an she sent out a new hot pizza which made me very happy. Food was good staff was friendly delivery was just slow. I will be ordering again.

so the wife is out with friends tonight...so i order food from wild wings in ephrata...they made the order wrong called to get it replaced they want me to pay for it again. then while eating i took notice that what is to be a cheese steak with made with roast beef lunchmeat!!!!!! will never be ordering again from this place

we ordered a 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings and it took then an hour to deliver the order. the wings where cold and hard the pizza the same. the order of buffalo wings tasted like grease rather than buffalo sauce. for a place that claims to make wings they need to learn how to.

Food is good, however staff need to talk clearly and take a customer service class. Phoned in my order and was told to wait 4 times with no explanation, girl mumbled and you couldnt understand her and after order completed - slammed the phone down. Thanks!

The quality of pizza and wings has gotten a lot better over the years, always room for improvement though! There shrimp, one of the newest items on the menu was very fresh! Prices are reasonable and good deals every week! Highly recommended!
