Busy at the house with kids so couldnt do carry out like normal, so placed an order for delivery at 8pm and was given a 50-55 minute time until it would be delivered. The store is only 2.8 miles away, so I already thought that was a long time, but decided to be patient. Had to call the store to get a status 3 times, and finally, after an hour and 40 minutes, the order finally arrived, but not a single one of the pizzas was even warm, or what we ordered. Wrong toppings, toppings left out etc. If I had only ordered food for myself, Id be fine, but kids, pregnant wife, and other family was very hungry. On top of a long wait time, the delivery driver (orange chevy cobalt coupe) was upset about not getting a tip for a delivery that took double the already long wait time, and decided it wise to do a burnout leaving the parking lot which threw rocks up that hit mine and multiple other peoples vehicles. If you cant control your emotions kid, get a job that doesnt involve customer service. All that being said, the Manager was very understanding and gave a full refund and a $20 credit towards any future order.

The worst service Ive ever had at this pizza hut. Placed a order to go asked for a salad to eat while we waited the dumb ass waitress goes and started making our salads we told we wanted to eat them while we waited she said we could but she would still make them for us. Im like WTF I was like just forget it. Im not a child that needs someone to make my salad.Then we pay ask for ranch she said I need to charge you for the ranch, comes with the wings . If we are eating in I wouldve just gotten the ranch. They need better staff that are at least a little smart. Never again will we go their.

This store is great, its been over a year since my relationship with this joint started. I love it, the people are great and are fun to joke with. I get the best deals and the wings are also good. It can be really cramp sometime in the back though. There was only like a couple of times I wanted to die. I love working here it is a good job, if you are professional and can show up on time, know your schedule, then you should work here to.

Ordered food online for delivery, was told it would take 29 minutes to be delivered. Food finally showed up 20 minutes late and wasnt even that hot. Called and talked to the manager Sally who was not very helpful except comping the food and telling me that they got busy. Every time I order from here it is always late.

First it took forever to get are food then they never came to refill are drinks after that we ordered bread sticks you think it will become before are meal well they never came at all and they still charged us for them. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut I ever been to I do not recommend it at all

Great service! Friendly staff. Waitress was quick with our drinks, refills and food order. Food was well cooked and didnt take long to get our order out. Very pleased with service. I will be returning if passing through again.

Food is sub-par and the service is horrible I was the only one in there and I took them 5 min. To acknowledge I was there the cook stared me down for 2 of the min. And the hostess was to busy on the phone.
