We recently visited IHOP on a Sunday morning, arriving around 9:30 we expected the place to be packed. There were only a few open tables and we were seated right away by the host/manager who was very pleasant. Our server Porsche was excellent, very prompt, had the perfect balance of letting us eat our food in peace and showing up at the right times to see if we needed anything. On a Sunday morning, probably their busiest brunch time of the week, we literally received our orders in less than 5 minutes. I had an omelette and the wife had a combination platter. Both were excellent and everything tasted freshly made. Kudos to Porsche and the host for their great customer service which is oh-so-rare these days!

This place is horrible. I came here after church to eat with my two boys . I ordered 2 cheeseburger and a meal for me. The waitress was very rude because of the fact that she brought me 1 sheeseburger and my meal because they were still cooking games my other son sheeseburger. I had to let my son eat my meal and after a while the sheeseburger came. She asked me right away if I was mad I told her no . I just dont think is right for her to bring me 1 sheeseburger and my meal I wasnt going to eat in front of one of my sons and just let him watch me. S9 she said she wasnt going back to my table and some other lady came to see what else we needed. Horrible experience.

Group of 12 called in advance. When we got there, they said they dont do reservations and said itd be a few minutes. We waited 10 minutes then checked to see how long itd be. Then the host said that we were not written down because we did not tell her to write us down. As a result, itd be another 20 minute wait. Take note, weve been waiting for 10 minutes in ihop right by the hostess waiting for us to be called, and she tells us our name was never on the list 10 minutes after she tells us itd be a few minutes until we sit down. This is why you shouldnt hire high school students who dont know what they are doing.

Food was good. Our waitress, Theresa, was incredibly sweet and very tentative. The hours posted on the door state that the restaurant is open until 11pm, but we were told they normally dont seat people after 10pm because the kitchen staff likes to leave at 11. There is a problem with that... all the restaurants Ive worked at continued to seat people all the way up until the closing time that is posted. This kitchen staff is obviously very lazy. We walked in at 10pm. Its not like we came in 5 mins before close.

My friend and I went today, and I honestly dont understand many of the negative reviews. The IHOP staff members were all friendly and knowledgeable. After waiting for two minutes, the manager came up and apologized for the wait, and immediately after our waitress came and did the same. After that, everything was fast even though it was super busy. I even ordered a special meal that they made fantastically. Its just a usual amazing little IHOP.

When we arrived and were seated the table wasnt cleared off. Then when we do order, we see other patrons who arrived after us get served first. Finally after a half hour wait to get our food, which immediately had to go back because our server got the order wrong. Then we had to ask for silverware, so that we may finally eat. Had coffee (which we ordered) but no cups to drink out of. Great way to treat a vet on Memorial day.

Disinterested waiter told us they were out of Sierra Mist, lemonade and apple juice. No choices for our son to avoid caffeine. Placed our order. Waiter came back a few minutes later saying that they were out of raspberries for the signature white chocolate raspberry pancakes. Switch to New York Cheesecake pancakes. Waiter came back a few minutes later saying they are out of cheesecake. So we left and ate elsewhere.

Lousy customer service, came in, got seated, sat for over 10 minutes with no waitress attending to us. Supposedly nine waitresses were working but we only saw 3. Restaurant was not busy. Girl who seated us returned to another table and started folding papers. Guy behind the cash register had his hands in his pockets staring out the front window. Called the manager over and told her why we were leaving..

Service is excellent as well as managers presence and attitude.The restaurant is all ways clean the busers are on point with keeping environment clean and ready.The menu prices arent to bad and thee Pancakes are on Ten with the omelet on the side.This location is thee best location for great waitressing, prices, taste and cleanliness. The hours of operation that are posted in the door clearly doesnt mean anything to them because I get there a hour b4 closing time and the door is locked so I call and they said sorry were closed already and hung up the phone...I was just coming to get take-out Oh well to Dennys it is...

Friendly staff and excellent variety of food. Way more than just a breakfast spot. Lunch and dinner options are awesome as well. Place is very clean and customer friendly. Its definitely fun for the entire family!!! Stop by and enjoy some of the best pancakes in the world

Stick to pancakes...dont bother with sandwiches or appetizers. Onion rings tasted like rancid grease, "Philly" cheese steak came slathered in mayo (?) and a soggy, stale roll. "Extra-LARGE" eggs were microscopic. Chicken fried steak came from a microwave.

Very clean location they were even scrubbing the floor when I got there! quick service havent been in an IHOP in a long time food was really great my sons burger was perfect and so was my Swedish crepes Ill have to try the Nutella ones next time I visit!

The restaurant was clean as far as the eating area. I never entered the restroom. Wait staffing was quick and pleasant. All food not at good temperature when recived. Specifically the waffles. Other items were ok. So overall I would give it a 3 1/2.

The food is expensive & it sucks. The last 2 times that I went here, the service really sucked. I would recommend going to Culvers 2 blocks South on Miller Park Way. Culvers has way better food especially the burgers & its worth the price.

My table doesnt have utensils came the coffe she not bring nothing i tell her and wait, i stand up and pick my own she came back only with spoon 25min. The food was good but coold etc..
