A word of advice. If you do not have available the soup that was ordered by your customer, tell them so. Do not dig around the bottom of the canister, sigh, then go get a FROZEN bag of soup, throw it in the microwave, squeeze some in the to-go soup container, throw it back into the microwave to finish thawing. Then, if the customer asks that the soup be taken off the tab, considering the wait was over ten minutes, this was a legitimate request, do not ask why in a hostile manner. Said customer would have been fine with just a we apologize for the wait, but Im afraid this goes against our store policies. Instead, the customer was incensed and had to tell employee she did not appreciate soup being thawed in front of her without even being asked to wait, and then being charged for soup thawed in a plastic container--love additional BPAs in my food, yup. Let us not forget the parting shot from aforementioned employee telling me you should have told me you did not want the soup earlier; then I would not have gone through the trouble of heating it. Yes. You could have given me the same courtesy so I could have declined the soup and spared us both the wait and the exchange. Manager, I would suggest that employees learn to check supplies after a lunch rush and some customer courtesy. Never spending another cent here.

The bagels here are tasty when toasted. However, when I took a box to work and sliced a bagel open, I noticed it looks like regular bread. These are definitely not real bagels in that sense. Nonetheless, they are super tasty as sandwiches and with their selection of spreads. The jalapeno bagel was nice and spicey and the jalapeno schmear or cream cheese spread was also superb.

I ordered 2 bagels to go and I had to wait in line for 5 sandwiches to be ready??? I asked the person twice and he asked me to wait. Another annoying thing in this place is that they ask you what type of bagel you have. I always say "2 plain bagels". They always ask "any cream cheese on them?" Funny and.... Frustrating

Good bagels, basic sandwiches Fast service. Decent fast food. Try the challah bread sandwiches. It has an area to sit down in and also, if the weather is nice, someplace outside to sit and enjoy the sun.

Every Einstein Ive bought a bag of coffee from had included a small coffee for free. This Einstein will not. Dont buy your Einstein bag coffee from this store.
