Everything about this restaurant was great. We had never been to a Thai restaurant before. They greeted and seated us right away. A server came over quickly took our drink orders and came back with them. We needed more time and we werent given the look we get at a lot of other places. eyes rolling.. and they leave and either come back 5 seconds later or 15 minutes later. the meal was served quick but not too quick. The presentation on both was fabulous. I had the 8 oz lobster with scallops and shrimp on spinach with a creamy sauce ... she had the lamb chops with diff veggies, carrots, celery asparagus with a creamy curry sauce.....the server and another man.. either the chef or the owner.. came and checked on us several times. but not so often to be a pest... All the servers and the gentleman were great saying good bye and thank you as we passed each one ... the man brought go boxes and put the food in the boxes for us... .not many places do that any more... and tip was not automatically put on bill , like i had read in one of the earlier reviews.. it is definitely a do agaon ..

My husband and I used lo love this restaurant. Sadly, the last few times weve been have been less than decent. The first clue that things had changed was their health score. While mid 70s is still technically passing, any place that serves raw sushi should be much higher. The wait staff has never been particularly warm or inviting, but the last time we attempted to eat there we were seated and then left alone for nearly 15 minutes. No one ever came up to greet us or take a drink order. Worse still, they werent even busy at the time. We finally decided to leave and only then as we gathered our things did an employee approach us. When we told her that we were just gonna leave and go somewhere else, she rolled her eyes and snatched the menus out of my hands. No apology for the bad service or anything. It was then that I saw their posted health score and my husband and I both decided we dodged a bullet and will never return.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we decided to leave Rude Rude Rude I asked to see a menu before I sat down because it was my first time when I decided to stay in told her table for 5 please a Caucasian family walked in as I said table for 5 she asked me to wait then seated them strike 1 next we began to order when it was my turn I wasnt sure how to pronounce the dish so I pointed and showed her she said wait a minute turned around to the Caucasian family that just sat down took their drink order went and got their drinks then came back to finish our order strike 2 I said lets go and we left never have I ever felt discriminated against as I am a mixed female myself I would never patronize that business ever in my life and I am a born American citizen discrimination at its best sad truth

Food was good. but Customer service was not that great compared to their high prices on the menu. Plus beware they charge you high gratuity without your consent, and forcibly. As per IRS guidelines from Jan 2014 that IRS has enforced, the tip payment must be made free from compulsion and customer MUST have unrestricted right to determine the amount based on the level of their satisfaction. this restaurant charges you high gratuity on top of their higher prices of food. Service was really not that great. one of the Entree items was dry despite of our request to put more gravy. they did bring us the gravy but quietly charged $3.50 to bring a small bowl of gravy on the bill. Beware. its not about money, but its about the Etiquette.

Thai spice is great. They pay attention to what you ask for and try to make sure of everything else that you could want. They are the ONLY restaurant that I have ever been to that realized they should ask if I want egg in my rice/pad woon sen after I tell them I want tofu in it. They actually take the time to think- oh she might be a vegetarian/vegan, I should probably let her know and ask about this ingrediant. I dont eat meat but do eat eggs, and so I understood why they asked this, and I appreciated the extra care. I love that they are mindful of things like this and attentive to their customers. Top notch service and top notch thai.

I was hopeful and excited to find a Thai restaurant in the Forum so close to home. The service was good and I liked the ambiance-very nice. Unfortunately, the food was bland. My dish was chili paste based and the only spice I could taste was an extreme amount of salt. Same for my dining partner - his food was just salty. My dish was more along the lines of a mediocre Chinese brown sauce dish. My guess is that the chef prepares the food with an abundance of soy sauce as they do serve sushi. There is much irony in the name - Thai Spice.

Its close by the job, real shrimp - the indiffererent service is a good description. The staff is not consistent and can be a little off putting regularly. I tend to go with the food that they should be able to prepare well, the fried rice this or that. This restaurant thrives simply due to location near several office complexes and in an upscale strip mall. Its OK. Office workers now and again want something different when the group goes out - outside of that ..... its just OK. The staff can do better interacting with the customers.

The so called spicy food was not AT ALL. I ordered the chicken spicy siam with CHILI SAUCE but it no chilis at all. The little bit of chicken that was in the dish tasted raw and unflavored. I would rather have gone to a McDonalds, atleast there I would be able to finish my food without wanting to puke. The thai sweet tea tasted like an over the top sweet starbucks latte. They have ruined thai food for us.

We, veggies were all excited after shopping at the forum to have some "Thai" food as my boy likes it. Coconut soop w Tofu had some kinda nasty fish sauce. Manager was super rude to even hear us. Tom Yum was like sour dirty water w Tofu/Mushrooms. This is the best place to WASTE your money, $$$, holiday mood and time. What used to be a good place has turned really bad. We are totally disappointed :(...

Always good food. We eat there frequently. Prices ok. Good variety. Service a little slow & it would be nice if the server checked on you frequently. They werent busy & I had to wait 10 minutes to catch servers attention to get a knife to cut my Spring Roll. Otherwise, good experience. We would go again while in the area.

Worst thai place EVER. The place had a weird smell. We were presented with greasy, stained menu as if splashed with food. Ordered tom yum soup, pad Thai and fried rice : everything looked like 3-days-old leftovers. The pad Thai consisted in over cooked noodles with vaguely tomato-tasting sauce.
