I went here today for the first time and ordered the carnitas wet burrito. The service was polite, friendly, and fast. The pico de gallo, pickled jalapeno/onion/carrot, and avocado sauce were very good. The burritos came (my friend and I ordered the same item as well as a carne asada wet burrito to go for her husband) and the presentation was very nice. The flavor however was not good. The meat tasted dry and almost bitter/burnt and the sauce was vinegary, not what I was expecting. The second taste of the ingredients made me question the freshness of the items. The server was very friendly and polite and I didnt say anything at the time, just chalked it up to my taste buds being off. Once home, about half an hour later, I asked my friend if she was feeling ok, that my stomach wasnt too happy and she said she and her husband just got sick as well. Too much of a coincidence for me that all three of us, who had been feeling fine, all got sick less than 2 hours after eating at this location. Hopefully it was just an off day, most of the reviews rave about the food.

I came in here and ordered food. The manager came over to my table and asked me if I ordered Guacamole.. I said I asked for the guacamole that was going to come on my husbands dish to be put on mine. So technically no I didnt order it. He said oh thats what I thought. He then walked away. When he came by again I asked him why was he asking and he explained that the lady who rang me up brought me a side and basically didnt charge me for it. I looked at him like, ok so? Like why are you coming to my table being rude to me because the lady that rang me up didnt speak good English, therefore she didnt understand what I was asking? True my husband could have asked for it on the side and just gave it to me, but I didnt know it would be such a big deal. When you ask a customer something maybe you could not be so rude about it. I used to go here all the time. But I refuse to go to a place where I get treated like that because youre made at your employee.

Visited here a long time ago and it was okay. Went back this last week and it cost $20 for my mother and I to eat lunch. Not cool for basic burritos. Also, they put hot sauce on our food but neither of us like hot sauce. We could not eat the food because it was too hot and they got mad at us because we asked to to remake the food so that we could eat it. They gave us dirty looks and we got our food. We then went to add some sauce and found that every single sauce was hot, not one was a light chili or pico. Everywhere we have ever been, the restaurant lets you decide how much hot sauce to put on your food, not here. They do not even give you an option for anything but spicy. This is not good for families. Even if you like hot sauce, I would not suggest that you go here because if there is something wrong with your food they are not nice about it.

Good food, however they shorted my daughter 20$ in change. When we trotted to resolve the issue we were given the run around and they changed their story 4 times. Refused to count the til to see if there was an overage. Finally agreed to call after counting the til at closing and never called. Have tried calling them several times and they do not answer the phone

Ive been to this place a few times never real impressed but not a lot of options near me. Today 7-14-16 however I went in and stood in front of the counter for 10min was seen by 2 employees who just ignored me so I stated abruptly I was not happy and since no one wanted to take my order I left and wont be back.

I like the consistent quality of food that comes from Tacos Guaymas locations they really have their seasonings down also good is there salsa bar which is always stocked and never runs low very efficient friendly service makes this place one of my go-to places when only Mexican food will do.

Surprise!, everything tastes like abuelita made it with love, but its the owners who work hard to make this happen. Juicy chicken, hot salsa and friendly patient staff. Fat fresh tacos, tortas, and authentic plates, whole fish dishes, steaks and soups, all bangin. Prices are super fair too.

Delicious, inexpensive and quick Mexican food. Cozy environment. I love the self-serve assortment of salsas and pickled vegetables. Fresh tasting ingredients. Horchata and tacos make a perfect meal. The servers are genuinely friendly.

Having moved from LA, it took forever to find a great mexican restaurant in Grit City. Excellent vegetarian options, tasty margaritas, fair prices, y friendly staff. Wasnt even going to try because its a chain, but glad I did.

Absolutely delicious Carnitas Tacos. Authentic and they fill them up with meat, too. My boyfriend and I are addicted to tacos so this was a stop on our taco quest. Dont miss this place! Our new favorite taco joint. ;)
