Ordered food at 7:30 and was told it would take 45 minutes. Their website says food should NEVER take longer than a hour to be delivered. Its now 9:41 and I have yet to get my food. Ive called three times to be told "theyre understaffed and it would be 15-20 minutes." I cant wait to get my cold food. Even the restaurant employees said this place sucked. Id suggest you back your claims on your website to continue to stay in business. Not to mention the restaurant is less than a mile from my house.

Service, Delivery time, and Pricing are all fair. Great customer service when placing an order. Friendly drivers who knock on your door. This delivery is 100 times better than BullDawg Delivery, in my opinion. The ONLY downside is a smaller selection of restaurants being covered. However, the friendly service, and great experience make up for that completely. HIGHLY recommend Cinnaholic (The restaurant). Absolute GREATNESS. :-D

This was our first time ordering and they were great! I called and ordered from the number on the site the gentleman that awnsered the phone was very polite and very knowledgeable about the menus he gave me a delivery time of 30 to 45 minutes coming from the other side of Athens food was still hot and was here within time with friendly service at the door!!! We will be using u guys often!

This is the fastest and best option for food delivery in Athens. They actually had my food to me within 30 minutes! I have waited 3 times longer for other services in town. I would highly reccomend to anyone and I love the Dawg Gone Good BBQ

Ive been sick on multiple occasions when cosmic was closed and they still delivered. And they charge the cheapest fees for deliveries. Service is always personable and quick! Loyal customer as long as Im in Athens.
