Terrible service!!! Just went there last night and from the start, our server had an awful attitude. Taking our order made me feel very very uncomfortable. Her name is Andrea and she just stood there saying nothing when taking the order. We asked her recommendation on a food and she was very rude to us. She then proceeded To go into the kitchen and started screaming our order at the top of her lungs, mocking everything we said. We requested a new server who brought our our food. She didnt know where we were sitting so Andrea decided to come out and point to us like animals at a zoo screaming "RIGHT THERE RIGHT THERE". We were then served by a wonderful girl named Annie. She was as sweet as can be. The manager apologized for Andreas attitude but did not give us any discount or anything. Andrea made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome there and I will not be returning to that establishment.

I ordered the broiled crab cakes and they were really good and i called and asked if i could speak to the supervisor and the girl that asnswerd the phone wanted to know what it was in reference to and I told her it was regarding the food i ordered and and she said what was wrong with it and i said nothing i just wanted to let him or her know that it was good and then she was like ok hold on. When the manager got on the phone and i thanked him and let him know it was good he said thank you and you welcome but seemed like he was in a rush. I don’t think i will be eating their anymore because if the manager is not nice then what does that say about the business they are running and the people in it.

My friends and I had the WORST waitress Ive ever had last night. We always ask for separate checks and its never been a problem before. This waitress stood their explaining why it was so difficult for a waitress and the kitchen staff to have to do separate checks while we sat waiting to place our order. After about 40 minutes after ordering, one of my friends went up front and complained that wed been waiting an hour. Our food came out within the next two minutes. She complained that one of us complained and said snottily that it hadnt been an hour. I dont think she understands the concept of customer service. If I went back and they tried to sit me in her section again, Id protest heartily.

Weve been coming here for years. The staff is always fast and friendly and the food is always good, cooked the way Ive asked and served at right temperature. The mini meals are anything but small! When we want to go out with or meet up with friends, its almost always here. This is also where we typically end up after movies or before a trip to the shore. Of course, sports events, concerts, plays and other major events in Camden and Philadelphia wouldnt be the same without our traditional stop at the Stratford Diner afterwards. Any time anyone says they want to go to a diner, the Stratford is where I send them.

A diner. Not a sports bar or a cute "wanna be" cafe, but a diner. Its what diners should be. Good food at a reasonable price. They make excellent omelets and sandwiches. The specials will require use a doggy bag. Reasonably priced, like diners should be. FYI, new owners took over late last year.

Diner is the best around PERIOD. Ive had the seafood combination to omelettes and everything in between, and I can say it was all delicious. When you know the Maplewood in Hammonton is the best place for macaroni and seafood, and you can say this diner has good seafood, then thats saying something.

Ive always like the Stratford Diner and have been going there for years. The service is good and so is the food. I go there for a late night nosh all the time. One time they had an inexperience waitress there, but by the next time I went back she was gone. I would recommend this place.

While the service was great I was not big on the food. The spaghetti had water filling the bottom of the plate... The sauce was nothing special... I did enjoy the waffle I had the one time, maybe I just havent ordered the right things but after three times there? Im not thrilled.

For an insomniac, this diner is a godsend. Weve enjoyed everything from buttery waffles to club sandwiches loaded with crisp bacon and fresh turkey. Everything has been terrific and we even get a hug from our waitress. What a great place to eat, especially at 3am!

Solid, reliable dinner for that late night meal when you dont want to cook. Staff is wonderful and attentive without being overbearing and the prices are perfectly reasonable. Exactly what youre expecting when someone says they want to go to a Jersey diner.

With as crowded as this diner gets, you would think its a real gem. Not exactly. Service wasnt very prompt, food was just OK and we felt crammed in. Not an experience Id wish to repeat. Burger King is right next door, save your money and go there instead.

I have been going there for 8 years and their food has never failed to amaze me. Order the Large stack of French Toast. You wont regret it. Everyone is so friendly and you really feel like you can get away from your troubles when you walk in there.

We stopped here for breakfast and our way back home to Boston. Compared to Boston the wait staff here are exceptionally warm and friendly. Prices at Stratford are less than half what were used to and the food is fantastic! Definitely recommend!

went in for late night breakfast ..something simple.. bacon and eggs..sat at the counter.. the dish washer decideds to mop the floor with the strongest bleach an pine water as they bring out my food... long story short I got sick to my stomach..

Food is OK, but the wait staff leaves much to be desired. I realize theres a high turnover, but we had two bad experiences with two different staff. The one waitress had her dirty thumb in the French Onion soup! Cant recommend it.

This is another hangout my husband and I will go to. You can count on the food and the service. Their specials are the best no matter what you like. There is something there for everyone. Make it your new hangout too!

Amazing service! We had a walk in table of 32 and they never batted an eye ! All the servers were friendly and super acccomidating! Even the OWNER cleared tables! Would come here all the time if we lived in Jersey!

Clean, and friendly staff. I enjoy their breakfast selection best. Had dinner there a few times, but breakfast food is much better. Good place for meeting old friends, family, or quick sit down meal.
