We ordered delivery and received an estimate of 30 minutes. After 45 minutes we called and were told the order had just gone out the door (they are 8 - 10 minutes away). After an hour we called again and were promised delivery "any minute." After two hours we called to cancel and were screamed at over the phone. Two-and-a-half hours after the initial order the delivery person showed up and yelled at us when we told her the order was canceled. She refused to leave our property until I started to call the police. We regret not having Chinese delivery we can count on, but these people are not acceptable to do business with.

I will NEVER order from them again. I had a hard time understanding her and she was very rude. I dont think that you should be rude and raise your voice at a customer who asks a simple question. I was nice to her, but did tell her when I had to call her back the second time because it had been over an hour, that we would not be ordering from them again. She was fine with that. Food is ok. THere are places that have much better chinese delivery in in our area. I will stick with Fortune House.

Ordered at 7:45 on a Saturday. Called at 8:45 to check status, was told "we busy" and they had not even started in my food. Food arrived at 9:45. Refused to pay because we had already eaten once we gave up on them. Delivery man said the receipt had an "order time" of 9:00, and left with the food. Luckily I had ordered online and had an email time as proof. You could drive to DC or Baltimore, eat,and drive back before you got your food from this place.

Terrible service. I called and canceled my order 30 seconds after placing it and she yelled at me and told me it was already cooked and that it couldnt be and hung up. She then hung up on me the next two times I called. Then I received a charge on my account 10 minutes after. I had to go to the location to void the charge. Was given trouble even in person. Terrible place terrible people. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go elsewhere.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT !!!!!!!!!!!! eat from here my wife got a stomach virus from this place I went back the next day with no problems just asking for a refund for the spoiled food they served they ask me yelled very very unfriendly and told me to get a doctors note when I told them Id get the note they told me to contact the insurance whoever that is like I said I only wanted my money back for the food that got her sick no problems

the man at the counter was nice. order was ready fast and delivery was on time. I think it depends what you order and who cooks. Sometimes the food is ok sometimes it is marginal. If you are intoxicated looking for fun fast Chinese food this will work. If youre looking for a Chinese gourmet meal try jacks or if you dont mind traveling back up forest drive golden dragon has the most awesome general tso chicken in this zipcode

I was missing one order and noticed it when I got home. I called the restaurant to let them know and they started screaming at me and hung up the phone. I never received a credit for the missing food and never received an acknowledgment nor an apology. I will not order from them again.

Ive ate here twice. Both times the appearance and timeliness was great. The taste however has been sub par. I had gen tso and beef with broc. Dont think I would order here again.

I have order twice so far this year and I am very happy. Vegetables are crispy, Egg rolls are stuffed, and the Steamed rice is nice and sticky. I will be ordering again.

Very dirty, greasy food. Better off going to Jacks Fortune (across the street). Little more expensive, but well worth it. Try the Kung Pao chicken
