Ordered the Box. Asked for soft taco. Got the box no napkins after sitting in drive-thru for 25 minutes waiting for the line to go forward. Drink was not ready when I got to the window she returned my card without a receipt. So Im waiting for her to give me the receipt and she looks to me like what you want I told her I need my receipt she said its in the box. And shut the window in my face. This place is clearly run by idiots that dont know what theyre doing. Tacos was hard shell and the burrito look like its been tossed around in the back for a while before I got it Was busted up

I was just in there and the manager "Katie" was yelling at the young cashier girl. Telling her she was the reason why they had bad reviews. Honestly, Katie, the reason yall have bad reviews is because of you being VERY unprofessional. How youre manager is BEYOND me. So Katie because of you Im giving this a 1 star. You just hurt your store. Your general manager should really reconsider your position! To the young lady who was being yelled at; You did a great job, very professional, and sweet. Thank you SO much for that, and Im sorry you have a manager like Katie.

Ive not had issues at this location before and it is usually a good experience. However, my sister and I put in a mobile order. The drive thru was long so we were going to go in and get our food and leave. The doors were locked an hour before they were supposed to be and a staff member would not let us in and said his manager told him to lock the doors. We ended up having to wait in the huge drive thru line since we had already paid. Otherwise we would have just left. Not okay.

Went on my lunch break at 2am (I work in healthcare). They were closed. If the store is advertised as being open until 3am, it may not be the best thing to close more than an hour before you are supposed to. Now I will finish my 16 hour shift without eating as i wasted my time just driving up there only to have to come right back empty handed. This taco bell missed out on some serious nurse money today! I will not be back to this location, Id rather drive to Avon.

Ordered my meal #3 three soft taco supreme and when I started eating realized not supreme. Went to counter big fat guy manager working the line started arguing with me that I ordered the tacos not supreme. He told me that it costs like 80 cents more I told him that he was crazy and then he literally threw tacos together and had the girl working with him hand me the tacos and tokd her to take the other tacos he aint getting them well I didnt want them!!!

I like Mexican food. I eat at other Mexican restaurants too and Taco Bell is not the same. I only gave this particular one 4 Stars because they are inconsistent and sometimes not as good as it could be. I still go because when they get it right its pretty tasty and good for a quick bite.

Decent food but be sure to double check your order before leaving! Rarely has my food been really poorly made or anything, but half the time I have an order of 5 or more items something is missing when I get home. Maybe Im just unlucky but it happens a lot more often than it should.

The double Chalupa was incredibly good, better than any other Chalupa Ive eaten, and the people I was with said that their orders were also extremely good, better than usual Taco Bell. The service was fast, and the cashier was a super nice guy.

Love Taco Bell and this is One of the Best I've been to, Service is Always Friendly with a Smile and Food is Always Fresh and Plentiful... The Manager should be Proud of Their Employees, I eat there about once a week....

Last summer, I went to this Taco Bell late at night and found it to be the latest High School hang-out joint for kids. I heard a kid compare it to a club. I guess for Indiana, this is as close to a club as it gets.

Better check the price, they over charge. Then get upset and try to tell you its tax when you point it out. The price is very easy to read on the menu, maybe the staff should read it once in awhile.

Drive thru line is 15-20 minutes everyday. Dont bother going inside to get food to go because your car will be blocked by drive thru grid lock.
