Horrible food and slow service.. I ordered butter chicken with butter naan. The chicken was very POOR QUALITY, I could not even bare to finish my meal.. and the naan was dry and burnt. Not to mention, while I waited the long wait for my to-go order, there was a family in the restaurant with their kids standing and walking all over the table (one was barefoot and the other had shoes on). Yuck! The man working at the time did not even say anything when he was right there talking with them about their order... Will not be going back to Peppers. Despite what others have said about this place being "the best Indian food," it is most definitely not! One star fits the quality of this restaurant quite well.

My husband and I have become regular customers and for good reason. The chef always delivers excellent food be at lunch time or dinner time. Their Chicken 65 biryani and mixed fried rice is to die for!! Their mutton and chicken biryanis are just as good and the gongura mutton is spicy and oh so delicious!!! Love the food and theyve maintained the consistency of awesome food has been maintained from the day they opened! Update 22/7/2017 Ordered the chicken 65 biryani after a long time and its sad to say that quality of this dish has gone down down down. Chicken was just short of being undercooked and there was sooo much food color that i was afraid my hand would be stained red.

I got to go from this place 2 times in the last month . 1st time i ordered fish saturday , it tasted good but the quantity was really less barley enough . cost vs taste nope not worth it So tried the second time FRIDAY night , dam will never go to this place as usual less quantity . Fish was way too spicy & the chicken was like 3 or 4 days old . and it was not what i ordered . they gave me bbq cooked for something else put in old sauce in place of chilli chiken which i ordered i took a to go otherwise i would have returned it. through it in trash , will not come back

excellent varieties,, particularly i like the briyani here,, in the recent days this is one of the best restaurant i had Indian food. My Favorite was "Goat Curry" , Perfect spice level which is like home style of cooking and i would like to give SPL 5star for the chef who prepared that. Thing i got amazed was i had Pastries , i love that. I will for sure suggest everyone to go there to have a very good experience on eating best Indian food. service is vary depends the crowd, kudos to the team, particularly dinu anna

Pretty OK Indian Restaurant! They have excellent biryanis and decent North Indian food. Not a fan of their vegetarian food (tried paneer tikka masala, paneer butter masala with butter naan). They have Mondays dosa day, I managed to attend as well, you can try their Onion Dosa and Plain Dosa (both are good) but their Sambhar doesnt taste good! If you are looking for a quick indian bite then you can go over to this place!

Me and my friend ordered chicken biryani ..there was no test no salt in biryani . When we complain he told me to bring another one..nd when he went inside he send to his chef..and he told us that they sold 60 biryani since morning and no one complain. The worst manager who dont even come again to say sorry. They dont even exchange biryani they asked is to eat the same biryani. WORST Experience

Ordered via GrubHub, pickup time was fast enough, just 10-15 mins for one order of Kheema Biryani. Definitely less in meat quantity, when compared to other Biryanis or meat fried rices. Taste is nice and spicy. I tasted Chicken fried rice, my roommate ordered and it was a bit salty, maybe, that was by accident, as it is a fried rice made to order. So, just order less salt, next time you order.

I visited this restaurant on 7th May 2017 for lunch. This restaurant has very limited food for lunch buffet and charged the price of a well established restaurant which serves more varieties. They hardly kept 2 or 3 plates of biryani to serve and the taste of the biryani is not good. The taste of the other items also not good (per my taste).

Very bad porotta, fish pulusu. Please note, no king fish fry here... Their curries,especially chef specials are OK though All restaurents, please make sure they dont crush the bone in any kind of meat. It needs to be a fine cut which leaves no sharp bone prices in any dishes. Here kodi vepdu is a best example!!!

Slow service and staff pays more attention to on call Orders; when we entered the restaurantwe were the only one to order. It took them full 40 mins to serve our one and only extra naan we had asked for, specially when they least delivered packed food to 10 other families. Never go there to eat !!

Awesome food. Try palak paneer. Best I ever had. I guess the people who had bad experience always leave reviews but the one had good experience. Try this one out instead of checking the bad reviews. I really love this place. Looks like you changed your Chef and I dont like the new taste your have.

I like to come here for lunch. They used to give briyani as part of lunch thali, but not anymore. Thats a huge disappointment. Now, I instead just order briyani, which is enough for 2 people (may be not if you stuff yourself), and take half of it to go. I hope they bring back briyani for thali.

I like peppers a lot. Their food is great. Give them your feedback and they will try to improve on it. They like listening to feedback. Peppers is my go-to place when it comes to indian food. Definitely give it a shot. Gongura Mutton/Chicken, Butter Chicken are my favorites here.

Food tasted good. But the service was very bad. We have ordered cut mirchi and it tasted good. So, we ordered it again and we were served a not completely cooked cut mirchi. The fish that was served was also not completely cooked and was smelling.

One of the most pathetic food I ever had. Ordered 7 biryanis (3 veg and 4 chicken).. none of them cooked properly, chicken biryani with pink colored chicken.. veg biryani had vegetables uncooked. Seems like food was not even placed on the heat.

I love this place. Great price only $10 a person for lunch buffet. Great choices of food, have brought many coworkers here because I love it so much. I even brought the president of the company and he had thirds. Lol awesome service as well.

Bad service , always forget to include side item and have to make a trip back and fourth multiple times on different occasions . When you come to eat inside , no type of greeting . Food prices have gone up since "new management came in ".

Same taste always in different curries. I have purchased three different curries of shahi paneer , matar paneer and chole. And all three had same gravy in them. Will not recommend for trying Indian curries.

Ordered via DoorDash. For vindaloo is was barely hot (spicy), but worse, it was bland. No flavor to the goat or rice. Just mildly spicy hot. Less flavor than uncooked tofu. Very disappointing.
