No offense to the people that work here, as they are very nice but for one its quite expensive, two its quite tasteless we ordered garlic chicken and I didnt taste any garlic it was made in a clearish tasteless sauce, and they gave us sweet and sour sauce. Why? I have no idea. The guy that said the wontons are the best in the area is a joke, your better off making your own, fresh veggies though. 16 dollars wasted my girlfriend puked from it. Not that it was old or anything just nothing like any of the other chinese places nearby. After eating at quite a few local places I would suggest the china house in new richmond no one has topped it yet. We ordered lunch which was quite inexpensive(5.50 garlic chicken+4.25 wontons) portions were much larger than this places dinner portion, food was amazing! And the wontons blow this places away.

If you are looking for Cantonese, this isnt it. Food appeals to western tastes. That said, if that style appeals to you, you wont be disappointed. Their cream cheese wontons are the best in the twin cities area... the only ones my wife will eat. Their wonton soup is a meal in itself and the best Ive ever found. Veggies in their dishes are are fresh and crisp. Service is prompt & friendly without being phony. The owners are there all the time and make sure everyone is doing their best. Prices are more than reasonable. Nothing fancy... just a real good place. If you cant find parking, just turn right (east) at the light... there is always parking up the side street. Get to know the owners... they are the best.

Gross. Steamed potstickers were thick and not fully cooked. Cream chz wontons were the same thick wrapper with not great taste or filling. Egg rolls were ok, but tasted like they were fried in old oil. Kung Pao Chicken was tasteless-- Im not sure how, but it was completely tasteless. General Tsos chicken was the "best" thing we ordered-- and it wasnt all that great. It was ok. Decent. Nothing Id go back for. As other have said- go elsewhere. This place used to be great. Ive heard they have new owners. Its not good anymore.

This is the best Chinese/Japanese restaurant that Ive been to in years. The presentation of sushi is absolutely stunning, a true work of art. The entrees are so delicious, and their food is always consistently good. I have been here many times and have never had a single complaint about anything. Ive also ordered food to be picked up, same excellence. I will never get tired of eating here, or enjoying the ambiance.

Not Very Good. And for the price ($41 w/ tip), it really wasnt anything special. We ate there on a weekday afternoon, and were the only actual customers there, so why they rushed the food out is beyond me. I ordered Curry Chicken, an almost no fail dish; the sauce was way too salty, and I could taste that the chicken hadnt even been seasoned. Talk about bland, yuck. I dont see myself going back anytime soon.

The Dragon Pearl has good, reasonably priced food. We have stopped there to eat a few times a year, for the last 10 years or more, usually when heading home from the Twin Cities and needing to stop for lunch or supper. Large portions, good service, never disappointed! And most importantly, we dont have a problem with food allergies of family or friends as dont use corn starch in their sauces.

The food was pretty good! I really liked the cream cheese wontons. They did feel a little understaffed the night we ate there, so a new waitress did all of the work, and that wasnt necessarily the best experience for us or her, as she grew more and more intimidated by her new environment and kept making small mistakes. No fault to her, just the way the system was for her at the time.

Dragon Pearl offers amazing food - at amazing prices. We typically order the egg drop soup, cream cheese wontons and an entree to share... and we never go away hungry! Every item on the menu is tasty - but my personal favorite is the Broccoli Beef. Too tired to cook? Call ahead to "the Pearl" and get takeaway.

Whenever I call for takeout they have always had the food ready by the time I get there... We dont always have a lot of time to wait for food in the evenings with our 3 kids and activities and what not... we know we can always rely on the Dragon Pearl for fast and delicious dinner! Highly recommended.

Delicious! I think its hard to find good Chinese food here in the Twin Cities, so I was a little skeptical when we stopped by the other night. I was pleasantly surprised by the hot, tasty, fast meal. The service was excellent, too. Highly recommend, and looking forward to our next visit.

Wontons terrible. Yes, they fold them wrong and make a heavy taste. The chicken rice another hard to ruin was bland and tasteless. When i said what is this the clerk became rude. So aim to please....not!

The food was excellent. I have been going to this restaurant for 15 years and I have never had a bad meal. I travel a lot and it is the best in at least five states.

If you like paying premium price for middle school cafeteria quality, then this is the place for you! And their wontons are soggy. Go to Yangs in Woodbury.

Probably the best Chinese in Hudson (not hard, may be the ONLY Chinese in Hudson). If you dont have time to drive into Saint Paul, this is a good option.

This is, by far, the best Chinese and Japanese restaurant weve been to--and we live in Minneapolis! My husband and I will drive to Hudson to eat there.

From lunch buffet to take out I have never been dissapointed. Love all of their food. Wantons, pork lo mein and sesame chicken are my favorites though.

Enjoyed my egg roll, chicken fried rice was decent, but my lo mein didnt have much flavor. Might try it again to see if I like something else better.
