This is normally a great place to eat. Been here many times. Upon ordering our food, we noticed the same rag being used on tables and trays. Trays were not washed, just wiped down. While our food was being prepared, we saw a large amount of food smeared all over the counter, very gross. While the young man folded my burrito, it came off of the foil and onto the dirty counter. I almost told him to make it over again. After the 30 minute wait, I decided not to bother There was also food all over the floor where food was being made. The conditions of the dining area were horrible. There were big pieces of food all over the floor. This has turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had here. The employees were very slow and did not pay attention to what the customer was saying.

New menu items are welcome additions. The the tortilla bowl used for the taco salads although they say edible, tasted like it really, really shouldnt be... trust me. Beyond that the ingredients in the salad were all fresh and very tasty. Portions were more than adequate. Added shrimp to my salad for an extra $4. Quarter sized grilled shrimp were very tasty but I got only 5 of em... 4 bucks... I know it was 5 because the employee counted them twice.. Just saying...

Used to love coming in here. Lately the service is terrible. One of the ladies that works there is rude as can be. They dont have food cooked at lunch time and when you ask for how long it will take they say it will take to long. Burritos are getting smaller and smaller, but price keeps going up. Cant use rewards card half the time and when you ask about it, they say sorry bout your luck. Used to frequent 2 times per week, now I dont think i will go back again.

The food here is generally good but the service isnt optimal. When my boyfriend and I went today he accidently dropped his and while they did replace it the manager was aggitated and didnt cook his quesadilla the whole time and didnt say a word to me, made the cashier ask if I needed anything else. The whole situation could have been delt with much better and its definitely not something I expect from service members, especially management.

Every time Ive been there its been terrible. I think it has potential... but the people making the food just make a big batch and let it sit out and get all nasty. One time I dropled my nachos on the ground and they made me pay for more, even though they saw that it was clearly an accident. I wish Chipotle would open up close by grrrr.

I have been going to this location fairly regularly for about four years the location i alway clean the staff is always very helpful and willing to assist you with what you need its a great place to go if your looking for some decent food

Every time I go there the service is not good. I always have to ask for more when really they barely added any to begin with. My meal is supposed to be hot not cold. I like to food but service makes me not want to go there.

Good alternative to taco Bell a little classier and a bit better food for more money , its tricky to figure out how to order and they dont help much It was good I recommend the taco salad and get everything on it

I would rate the Qdoba in Flint better but the food and service here is pretty good. The chicken had some chewy bits in it on my last visit but everything else was great.
