My husband and I went to BurgerFi last night to give it a try. We are big burger and fry fans. I read a lot of mixed reviews before I went, but wanted to decide for myself. It was a little pricey which I dont mind if the food and service are good. The burger was a little messy but delicious. The onion rings were my favorite part of the meal. The best onion rings I have ever eaten. The fries however were not good and since my husband is a huge fry fan, I may or may not go back. Both of our orders of fries were EXTREMELY burnt and overdone. Out of 2 large orders if we ate 9 single fries it was a lot. Both orders went right in the garbage. That was a colossal waste of money. As for the atmosphere, I liked it. It wasnt crowded when we went, so it felt spacious. It was clean and open. The fact that they serve beer is a plus. Big beer drinkers here =) I wish I could get over the fry situation though, they were so terrible that it may keep us from returning. For hubby, its the most important part of the meal.
I really wanted to like this experience. It seemed a hip anchor at the end of Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights. We stopped here after viewing the Christmas light displays in the neighborhood. A busy scene, the line went quickly and we ordered burgers and fries and a beer or two. Unfortunately though, they did not seem adequately staffed as our food came out lukewarm and haphazardly assembled. The fries were plentiful (only needed one order for two of us) but even they were not hot. The food turned out to be tasty, and nothing was returned to the counter. I do hope it will be served hot next time.
Everything here is great, I had the veggie burger with a lettuce bun (Ive never had a veggie burger or lettuce bun before) and it was very good. Also you get a great amount of fries, more than I expected. The onion rings are huge compared to most other places and the batter gives the onion rings a great taste. If you like shakes you should definitely try one of theirs, I got the red velvet shake and you can watch them make it to perfection with fresh ingredients right in front of you. I will definitely go here again... Probably lots of times, you should too.
This place has a great burger and fries selection. They were also very quick and the staff was friendly. The thing that made me like this the most? They were super dog friendly. This restaurant is right across from a dog park and we wanted to stop by and grab some early dinner. I asked if it was OK we eat outside with our dog. The woman behind the count said it was OK, and there was a dog bowl of water outside. I have never been to a place that dog friendly. Great food, great service and dog friendly. Awesome.
The burgers taste fresh and are very filling. Prices are similar to Shake Shack but much better burger. I love the conflicted which is a meat Patty and a veggie Patty. I also recommend their ice cream floats. If ordering fries go for the smallest size because they serve alot. The smallest size is enough for 2-3 people. The family size is around $6 and it probably is good for 10 people. Staff is friendly and quick. Place gets packed in summer months. Outdoor seating available.
The food here is excellent. Burgers, fresh cut fries, shakes, and HUGE onion rings. Very similar to shake shack. Love the atmosphere. They also have outdoor seating which is great if you want to bring a pet. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Breakfast all Day burger, or the CEO burger. Fries and Onion rings portions are pretty big, would definitely recommend sharing with a friend. Overall great experience!
Delicious burgers. Grace R was very friendly and accommodating when taking our order. No brioche bun or thicker weight burgers available nor could one select the temp of the burger. Fries we had option of getting it topped with Cajun seasoning. Taste similar to 5guys. Requested pickles on burger but I think they overdid it with 6 pieces. Purell available outside of the restroom which was great.
Burgers are good, french fries are really good. Had the Kobe burger in particular and that was really tender and good. French fries are crispy enough and potatoey enough. Add some of the Cajun seasoning and they were real good. Only reason why this didnt receive 5 stars was because of the price. I think I saw some coupons for this place that might give this the extra star.
Burgerfi is okay. Not the best burger joint Ive been too. The beef was really good just rating a plain beef patty. But I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and my sandwich just tasted like plain beef even after I added BBQ sauce and mustard. There was no seasoning on it to enhance the natural flavor of beef. The prices were a little steeper than expected.
I went here with a group of friends, they got burgers while I got the red velvet concrete. The concrete is like a thick and buttery ice cream Sunday mixed with red velvet. It wasnt mixed well but I do have to say that it tasted way better than it looked. My friends claim that the burgers are great as well but Ill have to wait and see myself if they really.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Ive eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent the food is always on point. The milkshakes are excellent. I will continue coming here and enjoying the food and love the service and setup.
Theyve been alright so far. The food is delicious and its one of the best burger joints in the area. Customer service is okay - it seems like night and day at the counter. One crew would be awesome at the counter but another would just struggle to go through the motions.
Burgers are okay. Nothing to go crazy over. Theres a couple of other places Id rather go to. I couldnt finish the fries coz it was overcooked. I dont know if thats how they prepare it regularly, but it was burnt and tasteless. Not coming back to this place. Sorry

Great franchise - eco-friendly, high quality burgers with crunchy fries and onion rings, and ice cream shakes. Good offering of craft beer and wine. Bright and clean aesthetic with casual dining set-up. Competent staff, and easy online ordering and pick-up.
My wife and I love coming here (even though we live pretty far away). The service is wonderful, the food is delicious and they are very dog friendly. Its hard to come by nice places that allow you to have your furry friend chow down. The pooch approves!
Burger King Knockoff Masquerading as a Premium Burger joint. Ask for a burger rare and you get "we cook our burgers to a juicy and tender well done" They Use the Term "Wagyu Beef" which literally means nothing more than plain beef...
Ordered burgers to go, and they were really delicious. I think these burgers are better than five guys and the frozen Custard is a wonderful and unique addition. P.S. one of the best chili dogs I have had in a long time.
