I went alone on my work lunch break so it was a nice laid back environment. The service was good. The food was AMAZING. But I will not be back. I went on $2 Tuesday so my total was $9.32. I paid on my debit card and left a $5 (over 50%) tip. It was in the servers book under the clear left flap so it was visible. He checked the receipt to "make sure I signed" at the table. Walked back to the bar and as Im exiting yelled from the bar "did you enjoy your service?!" I said "yes, it was great!" and he replied w a nasty toned "ok thanks!" Im walking to my car confused then it dawned on me, he probably hadnt yet seen the $5 bill. So point of story: Make tip EXTREMELY visible otherwise you will be encountered w a very rude attitude broadcasted loudly for the entire restaurant to watch.

I should have read the google reviews before going to Twisted Taco. Disappointing lunch. Service was not good. No refill on water or chips. Guacamole was too salty. Tacos were pathetic. Salad had only lettuce. Ordered $2 guacamole side and got charged $6.99. After paying the bill, I asked the server Schmitz why he charged more for guacomole. He was sarcastic and said that side order guacamole is not enough for 3 people. I told him that it is our choice because not all of us in the group like guacamole. He also asked me if I left a low tip. (I regret now that I had paid 22% tip which is way too much for the way he behaved).

I would agree with Becca. Sl-o-o-o-w service. No sense of urgency is a good way to describe the service. Lousy magaritas. About to 2 oz. of liquid and five oz. of ice. Frozen margaritas on the menu. Not avaialble. Tried to switch to Shiner Bock, which was also on the menu. Not available. Our waiter said they were using Roswell menus and not Windward, thats why they are not available? Go figure. Food was not bad, but wont ever return to a Twisted Taco. Too many other good options available out there.

Horrible Service. Usually only one server running the bar, running food and serving tables. Think youre going to be able to pick up your Togo order? You can forget it. Other employees will walk pass you and move you out the way with out even acknowledging you. You guys dont even deserve the one star i gave you. PS- Twisted taco should not be giving out coupons when they are constantly producing horrible service. I mean your "server" (just one) is already weeded. ...

First time at twisted taco was a tangled experience. Sat at the bar and wasnt greeted warmly by the barkeep Becca. Food was good. Service not so much. While waiting for my tab (10 min) and waiting to pay (15 min) I witnessed 2 complaints from customers. Seemed very disorganized and no sense of urgency to help customers. 1 former customer waited for phoned in order that sat at the bar in front of her the entire time before given by barkeep 15 min later.

My wife and I ate at Twisted Taco for a baby shower with a couple of friends. Since we were a large group we were seated on the second floor so we could all sit together. The environment is very fun and twisted to match the name. Our server was fast and knowledgable on their beer selections. Although, he did get a little overwhelmed with our large party he continued to keep up. They even stayed open for us 30 minutes later then normal.

Twisted Taco is a great place to go when you want to grab a quick bite to eat. This location is pretty small and the service is OK. The mix and match tacos are always nice, but there isnt much variety in terms of choosing your vessel to hold the taco insides. Overall I wouldnt not come back, but when there are other better options around here for tacos, its also not the first on my list to venture to.

This place has great tacos but I expect that because it is after all in the name. Would be a shame if they did not have great tacos. They have an extensive number of taco options so you can pick what you like. I swing by here on Tuesday when the tacos are on sale. Thats when I stuff my face with tacos like Im starving. I havent had anything here that wasnt good.

Used my lunch break at work to go pick up my to go order. Got back to the office and my order had been completely butchered, and I only received two of the three tacos I paid for. Bartender had a poor attitude and treated me like an inconvenience. Not a great experience at all. Ive visited several locations and this was the worst Twisted Taco Ive ever been to.

Went on my lunch at work- I live in Decatur and there is one near there that I love, always great service. The Alpharetta Windward has the absolute worst service. Stood at the host stand for 20 minutes while at least 3 different employees said "Ill be right with you" only to walk on about their business. There were so many open tables, and it was NOT busy.

The restaurant wasnt very clean. We got a table that had food on it, the menus had queso on them, the tv and window blinds had stuff on them. Basically it looked like no one had given our booth a wipe down for a few weeks. The food was OK but the other Twisted Tacos Ive been to have been better. Our server was good at least.

They gave my to go order to another customer. I wanted a refund so i can just leave after waiting for 30 minutes. I couldnt get a refund because there was no manager on duty. Now i have to wait another 30 minutes. Our poor waitress was overwhelmed. She needed help! #thisishappeningrightnow

waited more than an hour for food with no refils on drinks or chips. The manager came over and told us that the wait was normal for taco Tuesday. If you have a promotion you should have the staff to support it. Disgusted, will never come back.

One of the last of this chain. Good meal good drinks but its apparent that the menu and portions have been cost reduced. Good service and they were kind enough to put us upstairs away from the inane trivia night.

$2.22 tacos with the purchase of a drink, pretty good deal. I enjoy the variety of tacos. I like how quick they are as I prefer to eat 3 tacos enjoyably rather than fill up on chips.
