For the first time placed an online order. Treked all the way to Chipotle in the sawgrass food court in the pouring rain. Only to find that they somehow never got my order. Bad enough I had to brave holiday parking at the mall to get here, I had to deal with an obnoxious probably late teen, who doesnt know costumer service if it jumped up and slapped her in the face, try and tell me I confused this newer spot with the location next to ikea. Since Ive lived in this area for more than 8 years I think I can tell the difference between the two locations. Was so pissed that I wasnt going to stand there and argue with her. Got the car checked my order online in and it shows my order WAS placed and at the correct location. Was excited that this place was closer to home but Ill stick with the one 136th.

I obviously chose to eat here lmao. This specific location was fantastic. I absolutely loved the food, it was well prepared. The staff was super friendly to my friends and I. We ate there last night. The 3 girls on the line were super nice! The 3 employees that stood out the most were the dark skinned girl which I believe I heard the name Maya, the girl who was working cash (Im unaware of her name) and the girl who greeted us with the pink and black hair (I liked her arm tattoo). Such sweethearts! We will definitely be returning to this location again for anot her wonderful meal.

Ate here today while on vacation and they accidentally put sour cream on my burrito. He asked if I wanted a new burrito and I told him it wasnt that serious and that its totally fine. They proceeded to then say that my burrito was on them and that they apologize. I didnt see this as a being a problem what so ever, yet they went the extra mile to ensure that I had a pleasant visit.

When leaving the mall Sunday night we noticed the new Chipotle they added so of course we had to try it out and it was absolutely awesome!!! The food was delish and prepared well. The staff was super friendly, nice and knowledgeable about their products!! Definitely one of my best experiences at a Chipotle!! I will definitely be returning to this location again!!

Dont usually have any problems here but recently I ordered on line to pick up and they put barely anything in my bowl and soaked it in sour cream and it was cold, even though I picked it up 5 mins before pick up time. Im afraid to ever order on line again :(

Staff not trained at all, everything is the mess. Chicken always burned , nobody cares of it . If you cooking the chicken stay there and watch it !!!!!! Manager should be fired for it . Will never go again , very disappointed .

This place is good just wish there actual store hours were up to date place my order to be picked up at 10:30 since it clearly says they open at 10A.M got there and was told they actually open at 11 trip wasted

The staff was super friendly . They were not stingy when you asked for more food . The food was perfect. Overall I mostly like this chipotle better because of how nice the staff was.

The burrito was by far the smallest Ive ever gotten from a Chipotle location. They were just short of using a scale to measure portions. Not worth the 10 bucks you usually pay.
