IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! Do not let the small location fool you. This was a very fun and unique place to take our sales team for dinner. We showed up with a group of 12 people, with no reservation or forewarning, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The food had a great spin on a variety of classics. The prices were great and the portions were huge. They had the food ready and served to us very quickly. I highly recommemd the turbo cheese fries if you like a little spice. We shared food while we were there. Everything we had was delicious. 11/10 stars!

I honestly think this is the best sandwich shop in Pittsburgh hands down! Went in with my family today and was blown away by how friendly the cook was, but even more so by how amazing everything tasted! We shared a few different things and I can say that the Reuben, various cheeseteaks, and hot Italian subs were among the best Ive had. Ever. Noticeable was the: incredible bread (and not the same as every other sub shop in Pittsburgh), quality meats and cheeses (hot and cold), and great, crispy fries. And for $14 you get 2 foot long subs. Just wow. Im already planning a return trip next week!

Traveled from Moon Township to Elmers fish store and decided to eat at Carhops because its in the same area. All I can say is WOW we ordered a reuben, cheesesteak, and cheese and bacon frys everything was perfect service was great! The owner was the only one there when we walked in he was taking orders and cooking and like i said everything was perfect! Very personable down home local sub shop! We will be making the 40-45 min journey again just to eat there!

This place is fantastic. Throwback to a bygone era and I couldnt love the experience of going to eat here more. Car paraphanaila covers the walls. Old school staff is reminiscent of a 1950s diner u would see in a movie. Staff preps food right on the grill right in front of you. No frills. Nothing extra or unessary. Check these guys out for an amazing sub experience that you wont soon forget!!

Okay let me tell you about this place... I am from philly and these dudes make the closest thing to back home. Im telling you its more authentic than the Philly pretzel factory!!! If your looking for a good fast dinner check this place out. If your craving that greasy goodness give this place a go. All in all this place has my vote hands down for the best sandwiches in town. In search of a quick local spot to grab a bite before heading back to the highway, we tripped over what turned out to be one of the most outstanding, original diner concept experiences we have yet to see anywhere! And the customer service is awesome. If we ever return to Pittsburgh, well be back. But make sure to bring cash or check. No cards accepted!

This is a great restaurant. Big portions and I walked or should I say waddled out of the restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone I know that lives in the Pittsburgh area. I will definitely be back when i come back to this area

Amazing staff, great service and I ate what was suggested. Garlic, onions, peppers mixed in to the cheese steak. All the sandwiches have auto names and the portions are huge. My ten, five yr old split with mom. I ate it all.
