We are regular customers of this location as it is located close to our home. Unfortunately, today we placed an on online order which was supposed to be ready by 7:30 pm. We arrived to the store at 7:45 p.m. The cashier completely ignored us, and our order was not even made. My wife approached the cashier and inquired about our order. The cashier still didnt say a word and walked over to the other server. He continued to serve everyone in line and left our order on hold. Again, my wife approched the server and asked if our order was being made. At that point he decided to make our order. We understand they might have had a long hectic Sunday and they are probably tired. But their attitudes were unacceptable. Do not take it out on your REGULAR CUSTOMERS. We finally got our order at 7:50, why do I place a order online if in going to wait the same time I would have waited in line? Do better.

Really Chipotle!!! Your rice was undercooked again!?!?!? First time im already home so i ate only the top part and threw the rice and the bottom part away. It didnt bother me much because my family love the food here. Today we went again and the rice was undercooked again. I ordered my bowl with white rice and steak. I ate right after i got home and found that their rice was hard and undercooked. This time i decided to go back to the store and asked for a brown rice instead. They made me a new bowl. By the time i got home for the second time i was really really hungry and what happen was their brown rice was undercooked as well. :( OMG....Its time to change your rice cooker i guess

Ive been going to this Chipotle for quite some time and always have issues everytime I purchase food from this location. It seems the corn they provide changes quality as though they buy it from different locations/suppliers. One time it will be sweet other times it will taste god awful. Even the meat lacks seasoning or proper brimming. The chips they serve are stale as hell. If they have a dinner rush, some of the line workers rush you putting the wrong things on your food. This location was once good and need to step up their game. Management please step it up.

I ordered my usual order from my app. When I arrived the order wasnt ready, I noticed the guy jumped to the back and do my order as soon as possible. When I opened I noticed I was missing the lettuce, corn and the extra chicken. I couldnt go back because I was already at work. Ive decided to call back and the guy said he remember perfectly that he added all that. I told him Im looking at it and theres no lettuce or corn. His response "ok Ill tell the team about the issue..." never did he let me talk to a manager and never offered another solution to the problem.

When a customer warns the staff that they are allergic to guacamole, the least they could do is perhaps put a bit more effort into accommodating this despite a rush of customers. This location does very little to help with that and leaves us with the concern of "is there guac in the bowl?" Ive gone to other Chipotle establishments in the area and there is no issue with this. Food is decent, but portions are rather stingy for the price, which does not make for a pleasant experience overall.

I love chipotle...USUALLY. This location SUCKS! I placed an order online for my lunch break to go pick up. I was in a rush and got there on time to pick up my order. First of all they had lost my ticket so my food wasnt ready. So I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my steak burrito. When I get back to work and I bite into it there was no STEAK on my STEAK BURRITO. Horrible experience every time I go here but its the closest one to my job. Please step it up!

My best friends daughter had a mouse run up her leg after patrons caused a commotion when the mouse was spotted under their table. The manager did nothing and wasnt even apologetic. Instead the staff laughed and said theyd have a funny story to tell, mind you my friends daughter was crying and frightened. I wonder how funny the Miami Laker or health department would think the story was.

Weekly customer, come at least twice a week. Coming from Gainesville where they had a Chipotle across the street from campus, I was very pleased when they opened one by my house. The burritos are great, although I do wish they had more meat in them. Best of all its quite filling. They also now have brown rice. Service is also very polite and fast.

Had some issues as a vegan. They werent careful and let chicken get in their fajita mix. So they put chicken on my burrito bowl. They werent mean/rude but should be more careful. And they are very slow.... I then got to my car, opened the food and there was a dry erase marker top in my food.

This restaurant was trash they gave me very little chicken and the rice was super dry because they barley gave me beans. Like I understand they have to give me less food because the guy gave the lady in front of me a lot of food but come on. Food was very unsatisfying here dont recommend

Your typical Chipotle: good quality food, very clean and immensely long lines all day long. This chipotle suffers from long lines most hours of the day despite having lots off staff. Pro tip: order your meals online before heading out and simply ask them to make it when you get there.

Food is fresh enough, though not necessarily at a level you might want. There is always a crowd and long line at the usual meal times (dinner, lunch). Food quality isnt necessarily consistent but I suppose they do a reasonable job given the crowds they get.

Of all the Chipotles Ive been to, this one is by far the worst one. In short the portions given are always too small, and youll find yourself asking for more. It doesnt help that the staff are rather rude, and condescending. Last time I come here. Avoid.

Chiptole in Miami Lakes, FL has incredible service! The staff is very courteous and especially the food server "Ashley" I believe was her name. Was very friendly and nice. When I want a quick bite and good customer service this is the place!

Today was the second time I go to this location in Miami Lakes and I was very bother by how stingy they were. Why is this location so short handed with there meats? Not going there aging thats for sure.
