Let me tell you we decided to give this chain a try after everything that has been going on with them and it really was a mistake. The service was terrible and the food was not the quality of before. I ordered two of their salads and as I am getting ready to pay, they tell me they are out of the salad dressing. Now if you have ever had the salad at this place, their dressing is the only reason to get a salad in a Tex-Mex restaurant. Maybe they should have told me this when I was ordering, not when I am paying. The service was extremely slow even though the place was not as full as it used to be and overall the employees seemed sort of out of it. My daughters steak quesadilla was terrible as the meat was tough and grisly. This place better get its act together because with a 40% drop in stock prices, they cannot afford to give bad service, serve poor quality meat and run out of favorite items. Oh and I forgot, I also ordered a chips and guacamole and got home to discover they forgot to give it to me. I hope you can get it together, Chipotle. You wont bounce back from all the bad publicity like this!

Came first week of May, 2016, for five lunches in a row (was working nearby for a week). Every day was a different but equally frustrating experience. Whilst a long line formed, almost out the door, servers were chatting nonchalantly as customers were watching. One server told me the steak was spicy - three times - despite me ordering in such a way that indicated Id done this before (i.e. quickly and definitively). Cash register dude fooling around with fellow employees while people waited. Out of many ingredients at the same time - does lunchtime come as a surprise to management here? Tortillas breaking because the first server was "being efficient" and not letting them heat up properly. The list goes on (new cash register person at the busiest time of day?), but management here needs to pay attention to service, because Im pretty sure that if Chipotle audited this place theyd fail on the customer experience metric.

My favorite affordable restaurant in Miami by far. Great food well sourced, routinely good customer service (rare in Miami). Occasionally their huge lines and customer throughput can hurt service accuracy or friendliness. Order online for pickup for best results and check your order before leaving. A please and thank you and tips never hurts either.

Stopped by the Miami Florida PINCREST location today, and let me tell you, this location was stop less. The staff was on point my food was perfectly prepared and fresh, I will highly recommend this location for lunch or dinner any day of the week. Thanks for your service and attention
