Last two times Ive went Ive had issues 1 time i went to drive thru, watched them give my bag to the car infront of me, watched lady look theough bag. Pull up to window he wanted to give me the same bag um no no. Tday i went around 11 and they said they were only serving through the drive thru so i went to drive thru and decided to pull off so being that i was feaning for popeyes. I went back about 20 minutes later. Well now their takin order both inside and drive thru and also they dont have chicken because the fryers are down, what the heck. Get professional people to run this business cuz who you have runnin v it now is screwing up. Dang

Amazing chicken and sides. The reason I cannot consider five stars is that almost every time I order to go there are mistakes in the order. Ive actually had times when they didnt even count the amount of pieces right, let alone that in a mixed twelve piece I had six drumsticks and only one breast. Fyi, for anyone who isnt as obsessed with chicken as my household, a mixed twelve piece is one and one-half chickens or three of each piece. The sides are regularly incorrect as well. You may wonder then why I still gave them four out of five stars. My answer, taste the chicken.

First time I was ever at this Popeyes. I ordered 12 piece dinner with 2 small drinks paid $ 26.00. +. Did not get the drinks so I reordered them the young lady that took my order was very nice and only charged me a dollar a piece for the drinks some other older woman ( I presume a manager asked her what she was doing. I was not supposed to get my drinks for a dollar I should pay full price. But to go ahead this time. I said I had just spent $26 and change anyway I thought that manager was rude and unprofessional.

Dont eat here, idiots working at this place. Went there tonight and a child fell and hit his head and they didnt care. And well now in the Emergency room with my friend/roommate who has a severe case of food poisoning from that place. The food was old, tasted like crap, and had enough salt on there for a hundred meals. Will be getting my refund in the morning once out of the hospital and having a little chat with the manager. Again for your health dont eat here, go to KFC they have better deals.

This place is a mess, they had one register open for a lunch rush. Employees were standing around watching others work. And cussing and yelling at each other rite in front of customers. Im not sure how many people i watched come back inside from drive thru whos customers orders they messed up.And took forever to place my order. I will never go back to this place, even if its the last Popeyes open.

My Husband and I came here yesterday on 06-4-2017. It was absolutely horrible, the cashier was very rude,rolled her eyes at us. All the tables in the resturant was dirty and when we asked if they could wipe down the tabel for us they were really ride about it. The only reason i will ever go back is if my husband wants to go. I would have given Popeyes 0 stars if I could.

I love Popeyes chicken. Been to dozens of their restaurants all over the country and this is the worst ran franchise Ive even been to...that includes burger joints, chicken, Mexican...whatever. 95% of the time my order is incorrect after waiting at least 20min for my food from time of order. This place gives the Popeye brand a bad name!!!

i will never go to the popeys in south bend again!!! if you want popeys then avoid popeys in southbend at all costs..!! just read the reviews before you go on Yelp!! theyre all true!!! it sucks!! and more sucking!! mishawaka popeyes is better by far!

Disappointing, 40 minute wait for a 2pc. I asked for another side with my meal and they offered to give it to me for my wait, but then didnt even give me it. (Mac n cheese) Sad. First time there, not going again.
