I lived closed by to this buffet. My family and friends, we come here often, because its closed were we lived, and the food was good, compared the one in china buffet in pacific coast. Yesterday 3-8-2016 ....my parents and i, went to carson buffet for dinner, and this girl in the front desk approach us, and lead us to our table. We were be seated closed to the food buffet, cus my dad cant walk far. Before we went to get our food, my parents went to used the bathroom, and i was waiting for them to come back. The girl was sweeping the floor next to our table, and i was calling her in the nice way, so she could sweep also underneath our table.... i know she heard me and look at me, she just keep sweeping and walked away. I called her again, she didnt response me, she didnt even look at me, she just walked stright, and passed by me like i wasnt exist. I was really mad... and come to the front, and told the other lady, i was asking the girl to sweep underneath our table, and she give me attitude, she goes like ok i will do that. I was waiting for her to come, she never did... i come to the front again and told her.... can i barrow your broom? I can sweep it my self, i dont mine sweeping it... she got up with the attitude like the other girl, she grab the broom and swept it, and start talking to their language and she was mad. Those bitches are not nice at all.

I rate 3 stars and these are my reasons why... If you read the reviews good for you, this restaurant has had the letter B for more than 2 months till this day 03/31/17 the letter B is still there, nothing has changed. Although, when I dined in the food was spot on with the temperature... The food was hot and had a really good taste... I do agree that some of the foods here can be a bit greasy and there are foods like mashed potatoes that are really bland... Theres still a bit more to talk about the food but lets talk about the service.... When I came with my wife and kids they seem friendly, till when they dont believe you when you tell them your kids ages or when you only ask for a couple of drinks, they look at you with a face saying what a cheap ass... Then they see you have a child in your arms and instead of rushing in and saying would you like a high chair they just walk away... The waiters expression and attitude changed when I myself went for the high chair walk up to my table he rushes to try to take it out of my hands because hes seen how angry I was then I looked at him straight in the eyes and tell him “I GOT IT”, then we started having a pleasant service. Overall, I dont think they deserve 4 or 5 stars due to some problems coming from the food department and the problem coming from the service department.

Introduced to Carson Buffet by a friend, since then it has become a regular place my buffet appetite. A humble staff with polite greetings for you, comforts the wait for seating within ample time of arrival. A clean atmosphere surrounding a variety of choices. Though many buffets may have the same selections; the Carson Buffets courtesy, its fresh fruits and sushi bar; with also Asian and American choices, can satisfy our affordable eating desires. Conveniently located across from a shopping galleria. Carson Buffet makes a great meeting place for brunch, lunch or dinner. Lunch is $7.99 and Dinner $10.99 Eat modestly, because the Salmon and Cucumber salad are both delicious!

Kind of pricey for my taste, the food was subpar for its price, FYI it cost me about $18 for myself. I came to visit from Sacramento, so i dont know if that impacts on my thoughts of the price. When i payed my bill the waiter then kindly placed the slip for me to sign and pay tip, and when i didnt tip him he gave me a stare until i walked out as if i had to tip. 1.)The waiter barely did anything for me, just picked up my plates(3) and kind of passively kicked out a family at the other table in front of me, no thanks at that price im ok not tipping too much for me, almost $20 just for myself.

Came here on 7/16/17 food was Alright , we came an hour before closing we were told they wouldnt make any more fresh food then what there already was . But were told we would receive a discount . Well it was 5 of us and it was $67 dollars . And we all drank water . Wasnt worth it at all honestly . Small selection for the price . Was totally looking forward to the ice cream but machine was emptied out before closing

The only reason to go to a buffet is to get your moneys worth by eating more than you paid. The food quality was so low that I could barely finish anything and it gave me stomach problems later that night. 2 stars only for the reasonable price, but as I said the quality was very low. Who puts lettuce in a bowl of water by the way? Ive never seen lettuce just floating in melted ice water. Very gross

Food was poor quality and extremely greasy. I asked the waitress how much it would cost for my 4yr old and she said "uh, maybe $5?" So she didnt know. The waiter stood right next to me, staring at me, when he saw I grabbed the bill. Then when my husband grabbed the bill later on he came back and stood right next to him, practically breathing on him, waiting for the money.

So I dont know if anyone cares or not but they have a b rating in the window. For a place that serves sushi and seafood that could be a hit or miss. Other than that they have a variety of food. A mixture of Japanese dishes and American. I was even surprised that they had kimchi. If a b rating is not a deterrent check the place out.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff, but the food is sub par. Many of the main dishes were some of the saltiest I have tasted at a Chinese restaurant. The fish used in the sushi did not taste fresh and had a weird denseness to it. Luckily the dessert section was well stocked and tasty.

The service is good, the food is average and lacking. There doesnt seem to be much variety in the selection. The decor is a little noticeably run down but clean. Plenty of parking. This is a good place to fill up on a budget. The good that is available is good. The service is quick.

Its just ok. I was here recently after not having been in about a year and the facility looks worn out now. The food was decent but nothing amazing. The desserts appear to have been sitting there all day which didnt look appealing of course. The service was mediocre.

The food is delicious x3 tge best buffet food, and with a cup of water, some strawberries and cherrys to finish.... everything is so delicious.... i love this buffett.... ill give a 10×10 to the cooks for cooking such glorious food of the gods... MARVELOUS!

I normally visit for dinner, but my son wanted it for lunch. Service was quiet and polite, and they removed the used plates quickly. They even brought refills before I could ask. The food was good, but not spectacular. I fully plan on visiting again.
