This review is one of the horrible customer service I experienced .... Please see pictures attached. They need to take ownership of mistakes they make...... Been to this place today , ordered two vegetarian curries. Bhindi fry and Bagara baingan. When checked at home , it was mirchi Kia Salan instead of Bagara baingan. Called the restaurant and explained them about the mistake and they asked me for the order number. When mentioned as order number 12 , restaurant guy said its a chicken biryani and goat biryani order and not I mentioned. I told him that the receipt shows as order number 12, he says thats not correct... See again..... Same conversation repeats....... He was so rude and ultimately hung up the phone saying my order number is not right ..... Sorry Biryani Bowl ..... You are horrible at customer service even for a simple Togo order..... Is it rocket science to serve customer. You lost business from a regular customer. You might not care about it

I live pretty close by this place so I like ordering in here once in a while. They have a good selection of Indian food - Im a huge fan of Tandoori Chicken while other people in my house enjoy getting their Chicken Tikka Masala. From my experience, their food has been pretty top-notch, but sometimes service can be pretty slow, especially for the foods that they cook in the Tandoori. They do have a selection of foods in trays by the counter that are hot and ready, but some of the less popular items may take 10-15 minutes to prepare in the back. Sometimes, ordering food over the phone may be hard because of a language barrier, so Ive had my order messed up more than once, but other than that I dont have many complaints. Overall, Id definitely recommend coming here - if you can bare to wait for the food or if you want to sit and eat, that would be better than ordering in and picking it up.

This is my all time favorite place and been here for 4 years and the best thing is cleanliness with of course taste and quality for the price. Been to many many restaurants Indian especially and always had a fear how most restaurants are u clean both inside and outside especially very famous restaurants one or two to compare in fremont . Only negative about this place is size but still they move the customers very fast than any other restaurant. Some chicken Curries can be improved as they improved very well on kebabs and Pakistani kebabs are challenged now as I see lot of Pakistani community dining there as it is halal approved enrich I dont care much but fresh meats served and anyways my experience been awesome did to Consistency and cleanliness with quality . Keep ip Quality guys coming here soon.

Having tried the Biryani at a Foster city event a couple of months back, I decided to visit the source itself - Biryani Bowl. I tried the Paneer Tikka Kebab and Gobi Manchurian. The paneer was soft and flavorful. It came sizzling on the table and I enjoyed every morsel of it. The Gobi Manchurian was yummy too. I was pleasantly surprised to hear there was no MSG. Very few restaurants have the courage to go the non-MSG route and Im glad this restaurant has ventured in that direction. I didnt feel any compromises in taste. I took some paneer tikka masala and mango lassi togo and they did not fail to impress. Im looking forward to trying other dishes off their vast menu. You guys should open a restaurant in South Bay!

I was very disappointed...I put in a take out rder for chicken DUM Briyani and Chicken "65".I was so pissed to see white rice and chicken gravy being marketed as chicken dum biryani....lessons learned..i see this happening in Andhra restaurant..looks like chicken biryani to them is white rice + chicken...second part is that they marketed a chicken gravy as chicken 65..."NO ...this is an advice to their chef.... chicken 65 is deep fried".. I ended up throwing the white rice/chicken mixture in garbage ate the chicken gravy it was good...$18 wasted...as it was not what it was advertised..I will never go to this place again.

Halal meat is served here. Halal sign is on the outside of the restaurant. Went here for dinner the other day and I was a bit disappointed. I tried the chicken dum biryani, achari ghost and Haleem with goat meat. The biryani was pretty plain and only had two chicken legs in it (covered up with white rice, with some onions and half an egg). The achari ghost was mostly bones and fat, with very little meat. The Goat Haleem was good, but i have had better. The prices were a little higher than similiar places. The service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately the food was average in my opinion.

I think Biryani Bowl is one of the hand-picked restaurants in Bay Area. Whenever I have a crave for Indian food (especially for Authentic Hyderabad Dum Biryanis) the only option I can think of is Biryani Bowl. When I am not in a mood of having nonvegetarian food I always go with their special Spicy Chili Paneer. I always had satisfying feeling whenever I visited this restaurant. Along with having delicious food and reasonable price, their staff always give good customer service. I would say, if you are looking for good Indian restaurant out there, keep Biryani Bowl in mind.

I am on a business trip from the East Coast to the Bay area for two months. I have eaten numerous times at Biryani Bowl. The food here is of very high quality and tastes are always maintained at this place. The restaurant is always clean and service very swift. After a while, I have made this my regular go to place and has never been disappointed with the food nor the experience. Their Hyderabadi biryanis are highly recommended as is their set lunches. Food portions are also ample ...so bring your friends along!

Biryani Bowl in Fremont is a great restaurant to visit with family for excellent Indian and Indo-chinese style food and yummy Biryani and other veggie and meat dishes. I have visited many times and enjoyed the food there. The restaurant does not use MSG and is affordable with quality, tasty dishes and quick, attentive and polite service. The entire restaurant facility and restrooms are clean. Their service is fast and easy and it is a family and kid friendly place to go for good food at reasonable price.

I am a fan of biryani. Likes to eat biryanis at various restaurants across bay area. Of all the biryani places I eat, I find biryani bowl Dum Biryani more delicious than any other place. These guys cook authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, the way Biryani gets its flavor with right masala, and right meat texture. These guys used to be located in Fremont before, nevertheless distance was never limiting factor to drive to eat their Biryani. They do very good job on take out parcels.

I would recommend to taste at least for once Chicken Biryani n Biryani Bowl and you will never miss Hyderabad Biryani. I have tried eating in different restaurants in bay area but I found the best biryani in Biryani Bowl as the biryani is good in taste with normal masala. The price is also reasonable when compared to other restaurants. As a student I am saying we need good taste n reasonable price...thats there in Biryani Bowl. Have a nice time... Sampath Sagar...SS:)

Super friendly and knows how to Greet the customer .Do check out their taste .I ordered the Family pack to-go last Friday. One Goat Biriyani, One Chicken Biriyani and one appetizer Chicken 65. Very authentic and the Family pack portion was big enough for three people. I cant wait till this Friday again to go pickup food from here again. I know where the best biriyani in town is at!
