Easily the most frustrating experience of any Chipotle Ive been to. Never fails that whether Im in for lunch, dinner, mid-day, whatever...they are always short staffed serving food. At most well-run Chipotles, there are usually 3-5 people serving and moving people along. This branch has maximum two and most of the time one who serves the bowl/burrito, and then has to virtually scoop all the ingredients until the end when one of the nimwits realizes they should help out. The young employees talk all the time, are utterly worthless with their work ethic and truly lack common sense. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to get food with a line of just 3 or 4 people. Its like management in this branch doesnt give a crap. So typical of Kendall laziness. I shouldnt dread coming into a Chipotle fearing that my blood will boil waiting for my food. I am addicted to the food so I pay the price, but the service is maddeningly annoying. They serve small portions and have zero realization skills that maybe you should bring more people out of the back to freaking help! This is without a doubt the worst managed one Ive been to without a lick of quality control. Welcome to Kendall, thats how it is.

The moment you walk into this particular Chipotle restaurant you have to shout at your friend or partner due to the LOUD music and the acoustics of the building; you have to shout your order to the immature servers; they put the rush on you and you find that two or three are talking at once making it totally confusing. I refuse to shout like that. Also it seems that each time I eat at this restaurant I get a different amount of food on my order. I have eaten at this restaurant for the LAST time because I came out frustrated and it just isnt worth the effort. The manager is totally unprepared to handle any problems that arise; ie, when I complained he told me not to be rude when in reality, I was trying to explain my position concerning the amounts of food on the order. We were shouting at one another due to the loud and obnoxious music. Sorry but I just cant go there again. The food is good but the crew needs to take a few lessons in public relations!!!

This review is going to be quick and to the point because its Chipotle and not a 5 star Mexican restaurant. Pros: Food made with Non-GMO ingredients. Its usually prepared fresh and you can see the area where they cook the food. Variety of options and you can even have a beer here. Menu is simple and to the point. You can customize your portion sizes to meet your needs. Cons: The calories can pack on pretty quickly, I did a quick numbers count for my burrito and it was going to be over 1500 calories with 140+ carbs, needless to say I went with a bowl lol. The line can be incredibly long, Im literally standing behind 45 people waiting for my order lol. I would normally give a fast food restaurant 3 stars but I can appreciate what the company tries to do by going with alternative options, so they get an extra star for being probably the healthiest fast food option in Kendall.

I visited at an off time so I cant comment on that. Lunch hour is almost always disorganized and busy any food place because Miami is overpopulated. The ordering system seemed efficient and service was friendly. Dear Chipotle CEOs, I know you can pay your employees more of a living wage, and you should... Anyway, I appreciate the higher quality ingredients than other fast "food" (read: McDonalds is plastic) options. I wish there were a few more options on the bar like cooked vegetables instead of just meat &/or beans. This location doesnt have tofu (yay, not good for people anyway - endocrine disruptor).

This is the second time within the last 12 months that I end up with food poisoning from eating there. How do I know? I had not eaten anything all day and shortly after eating a steak burrito (Only Half) I was immediately noticing a loss of energy, tiredness,weakness, dizziness,stomach discomfort, fever, aches, pains, and then severe diarrhea. Last time it was the Pork burrito. I have enjoyed many good meals here except for these two incidents. I will not be returning. There is no way to contact them by e-mail so this is the next best thing. Buyer Beware!

This place used to be awesome, I would love coming everyday to enjoy my meal, I grew a connection with the staff and the management, but ever since they changed the staff and management the overall atmosphere and food has disappointed me, not once have I ever felt sick from eating their food but all of a sudden I had food poisoning where I had to miss a few days of work, and I personally dont like the new management there. I dont know what can be done but fixing something that wasnt broken to begin with isnt the way to go. I will never eat here again.

I go here every Thursday for lunch with my cousin and in the last 3 weeks the service has declined exponentially. It feels as of the experienced crew that was once here left and they hired the burger kings rejects. On top of that when its dead and only 4 people in line, it takes about 20 minutes to get attended because the staff rather joke around than help people. The cook was having a full on conversation with the girl serving when there was no steak and he was cutting it. Very disappointed with the place that was once my favorite spot for lunch.

Never really eat Chipotle but I decided the catch a bite tonight. When I go to place my order they tell me there is no burritos, no guacamole, and no sour cream... What? Its like going to a burger place and no buns left, or Ketchup, mayonnaise, or cheese... I start thinking to myself theres something wrong with this picture and as I start looking around I start to notice how grimey and dirty this restaurant is. Wow... looks like you need a new store manager because management sinks.

Como todos los Chipotles o la mayoria es bueno, el lugar esta bonito aunque todos critican este en especifico porque sirven poco en los bowls y en parte es cierto comparado con otros a los que he ido. Se han vuelto algo lentos en la atención.

The Main reason for such poor rating is extremely Long waiting times. It feels that if they had additional staff member, like I see in many other chipotles, they would alleviate the issue. Also, it drives me mad that the earliest I can pick up my app ordered meal is one hour later. It crosses my mind almost every day that I would like to eat there but I get discouraged knowing how long it will take. Also, twice they messed up my orders.

This Chipotle is rather busy and has a lot of groups that come in at various times of the day. Be careful when asking for a small scoops of things as they tend to be very generous with sour cream. Theres plenty of parking at this location and you can actually ask for tortillas and the most of the time just give it to you for free if you want an additional one. They are pretty nice about things management seems to have a good handle.

Okay I have to say the food is good they used to drain the beans and other ingredients before putting it in the burrito.. no one likes a soggy burrito also they used to wrap the burrito well so as your eating it the burrito ends up falling apart. I love this place but I theyre not the same as before. I still go because I enjoy the food, but they need to step it up just a little
