How can a Mexican restaurant have horrible margaritas ?? There the worst ( no clue ) Had to ask for a new server after waiting at the table for ten minutes of watching our server walk by and ignore us.. Salsa was a bad impersonation of what salsa should be and the chips were stale and anything but warm ( yuk ).. Steak fajitas were also a disappointment.. Steak was tender but overly spiced ( very salty ) and I like salt... No sour cream or chopped tomatoes to go with fajitas.. Had to ask for sour cream... Cowboy beans were ok but were cold as was the ok rice that came with it... If I were able to return for a free meal with free margaritas , I would take a pass and go elsewhere.. The reviews I see on here must be from family and friends of the owners... This place is a horrible representation of Mexican in my book.. Dont trust my review ?? Go check the place out, try to enjoy the crappy margarita and good luck with the service and food.. All I can say..

Normally I LOVE this place :) they have the most amazing mango habanero margaritas and the queso is awesome! But the last time I went there our queso was AWFUL. It really tasted as if it had been made the day before and just reheated...the texture was awful. It was thick and almost kind of chunky. When we told the bartender that we were done with it because it was gross she basically just said "oh, okay". No Im sorry your food is bad, or can I get you another one? She was clearly too busy talking to her friends at the bar. She didnt even offer to take it off of our bill, even though we had hardly eaten any of it. I was a waitress/bartender for years and I know how youre suppose to treat your customers. This is simply bad customer service. Super disappointing...because we LOVE coming to blue agave...but we definitely wont be returning or recommending it to anyone for a while.

I used to love this place and went every couple of weeks until I got severe food poisoning. We were a party of 4 and I was the only one who ate chicken. within a half hour of leaving the restaurant, I was extremely sick - I will spare you the details! I ended up in urgent care the next day Sunday because I had a fever of over 103 and could not stop vomiting. I was diagnosed with salmonella. My husband called the restaurant - not to complain, but to let them know to be careful. Nobody returned his call. I have spoken to other people who have gotten food poisoning at this restaurant. So disappointed!

Amazing mexican - fantastic guac, nachos and tacos - all naturally gluten free, topped off with a staff that understands allergies and celiac. they have happy hr from 5 to 7 with $3 margarita perfection. Topped off with a nice atmosphere and super friendly, attentive, but not overbearing staff really makes it my fav place to come with the hubs, friends or even solo to enjoy quality gluten free food.

This is my favorite restaurant in Vero. The food is wonderful and very well priced. You can get an amazing entree for $11. The drinks are top notch, hand made, real cocktails (and priced accordingly). I operate a couple vacation rentals in town and recommend Blue Agave to all of my guests, everyone of them love it! Most of the staff there are wonderful and "super chill".

This was not Mexican. Pretty sure Taco Bell would be better. This was definitely a drinking place not for dinner. The sangria was just iced wine. Food had no seasoning and paying for chips and salsa?! The queso was really good but $10?! We left $70 dollars later and still hungry. Very disappointed.

The margaritas are great but dont discount the food. I think this is the best Mexican food in the area. The prices are reasonable. The portions are reasonable. The wait staff is genuinely nice. If you want a great place to eat, and drink, at a great price - I highly recommend Blue Agave

Good drinks, average service, lousy food. They serve a burrito with no gravy or cheese? Are you kidding me? I asked for sour cream only to find out I was charged $1.00 for it. Nobody should pay for sour cream in a mexican restaurant. Never to go there again.

Ive never been disappointed at this restaurant.. food is fresh, well seasoned and eclectic. If youre looking for run of the mill Tex-Mex cuisine, youll be as disappointed as Eric Weed was. No gobs of cheese and sour cream here ...
