Went today with my husband and 16m old. Our waiter was horrible. Believe his name was Bon. We ordered an appetizer and a soup. Appetizer came, had to ask for soup after about 15 minutes of looking for the waiter. He said it was a computer error timing. (Whatever) Then our meal came about 45 minutes later. We were there for about an hour and a half when the place was empty. A mother and daughter that also came in the same time as us left after their appetizer. The only time the waiter had a smile on his face is when he brought us the bill. Also almost forgot, I had him wrap the rest of our appetizer when he brought the soup...He never brought it back to us until he also brought the bill...Never had an experience like that before.

You know what you will get for the most part But on this occasion I voiced my Dissatisfaction with my Dinner Explained the reasons and returned A large portion of the beef That is the star attraction . It would appear the sever Assumes if you ate the mashed potatoes and some onion strings then you somehow Recived full value not take action on your Complaint . These experiences will effect my choice when considering Were to eat in the future. I love good food It is Disappointing When Its not we dont go out to be Disappointed when One Brings attention to A matter please act accordingly To correct the matter There are many effective ways to do so .doing nothing is not doing a service to your brand

Great food at a reasonable price. I especially love their appetizers. Boneless Buffalo wings have been my favorite for over 15 years. Just tried the golden flavor - equally amazing. Summer 2017s calamari special was spectacular - beautiful, smooth, not chewy at all, tasty, but a bit too greasy. Midnight fudge cake is my go-to dessert. Truffle pie wasnt as rich as the name implies, which I found disappointing. Service was excellent and friendly. Watermelon margarita was yummy and surprisingly huge, but delightfully not too stiff. It probably had two shots in it. If you like your mixed drinks with more potency, be sure to ask.

Waitress was friendly I guess.. but we were rushed. I ordered my steak med rare and gave fair warning that if it was overcooked I would send it back. The chef messed up three times and by the third time I was unappealed and my fiance had finished his meal. I was still charged for my ovvercooked steak.

Very friendly servers as well as bartenders. Love the fish and chips, and the cocktails are awesome! Our last dine-in visit our waitress tipped over my water and was so apologetic about it. No harm done, but she offered a dessert for it anyway. Great service.

My wife and I visited this location today and the service was great. The wait staff was very friendly and the place was really clean. As always the pub-style food was great. Better than those other chain style places in the area.

Standard pub/american fare. I have no idea why its labelled as tex-mex - its not. Decent for a quick cheap bite. Its usually a bit loud for my tastes, but normal for that type of restaurant (chillis, applebees, etc.)

Pub 99 makes the best steak tips. The rest of their food is decent, too. The desserts are a little lame. I find their beef tastier than any expensive steakhouse, albeit a tad tougher.
