The guy taking the orders doesnt even stop to pay attention to what the customer asked. stop trying to move me along the line and listen to what I have to say. I ordered chicken teriyaki with double chicken and fried rice to go. By the time they slapped the chicken on I realized I received white rice and no double chicken, if I had gotten charged Id be a lot more angry and wouldve refused the order. And the last time I went there with my girlfriend the woman taking orders whos trying to go so fast she completely missed my girlfriends order and we stood there waiting for food while they try to hurry the line along looking at us like were doing something wrong. The food is great the staff sucks really bad and needs to be changed or Im going to find somewhere else to eat on break. Please when someone walks up dont bombard them with questions like do you want a drink three times in a row. I know what I want just let me talk geeze.

Like many malls, a lot of Oviedo Marketplace consists of empty storefronts, but its food court is a comfortable, fun place to go for lunch or supper -- and my favorite dining choice would be Sarku Japan. I should note that the "double meat" option is a bit of a misnomer (you just get an extra scoop of meat, not necessarily DOUBLE), but the servings are still generous and its overall a great deal. I routinely go for the featured "Sarku Chicken" with the rice and mixed vegetables, and never get tired of it. The staff is courteous and friendly, and even after coming here for years, weve never been disappointed with the food.

I have never seen a place with such rude employees. The woman at the register is unbelievable; we ordered two lunch specials and she would not give us three glasses of water! She also refused refill our water. Thats first time i have ever seen a restaurant be so stingy with water!

Its sooo good!!!! We live 25 minutes away and we go every weekend. We eat our Sarku chicken and then see a movie with the kids. Not a fan of that theatre, since the newer Waterford Regal is closer to us, but we go to that one just because of Sarku Japan!!! Love, Love, Love!!!!

Very rude management and horrible food. Owners have no respect for their customers, they will literally throw your change back at you. Very bad customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Overall ok food, just hard to understand what the lady at register is saying, good portions bit pricey the Soba noodles with mushrooms and teriyaki chicken very good.
