Ive ordered food from here before, and the food is great, the service, not so much. First time I ordered food from them with a couple coworkers, our food took over an hour and a half to be delivered to our building next door, and we were given no warning, discount or apology. Next time I ordered was great. Third time I ordered the food, it was not made correctly. When I called to order the food I was hung up on, so I called back. I called after the food was delivered and asked if they were out of a certain product because the sandwich I had ordered was made wrong, they said they werent and that they had made it correctly even though it was right in front of me and I could obviously see that it wasnt made correctly. They told me to bring the sandwich down and they would give me a new one. I explained that I couldnt as I was at work and was having to even work through my lunch. They hung up on me. I called back at this point very irritated and asked to speak with the manager. Told the manager that I had just called to discuss my sandwich that I had ordered and that I had been hung up on. He said, "Yeah that was me, I hung up on you." I told him it is extrememly rude to hang up on a customer and then asked to speak with the regional manager, he told me hes the only one, that my sandwich was made correctly, and that he was very busy, and then hung up on me again. I will not be visiting this restaraunt again, even though I love the food. The food is great, they need better management.

I think this place is terrible. I work near Knickerbockers and unfortunately its the closest place to grab something to eat. Their food is sub par and overpriced. Their service sucks as well. I ordered Nachos there the other day without meat and nacho cheese. I just wanted regular shredded cheese. When I got my order, the cheese was completely uncooked.... as in they hadnt even heated it all. I took it up to them to let them know they forgot to cook it, and they looked at me like I was crazy. He said "Oh yeah, well you didnt want meat and you didnt want nacho cheese, and that is how your cheese would have melted." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? If I dont want nacho cheese, put the damn nachos in the oven for a few minutes to heat them up. That was the most ridiculous thing. How can you think that when a customer orders nachos, that you will scatter some uncooked cheese on top of chips and call it good?

The manager at this place is ridiculous! I work at a near by buisness and they offer delivery to us with a $10 min. Everytime i call and i get him he acts as if im bothering him. He rushes me and the whole time acts annoyed. He hangs up before your even done talking and when he delivers your food he acts like im waisting his time. I called the other day and asked if he was still doing deliverys (I only asked because it was about 2 Pm and i wasnt sure if they only delivered during lunch time.) He said :Ya, i guess i can" I continued to order but after awhile i couldnt stand how rude he was being so i hung up him. Honestly though he could care less. He never called back or even tried to fix it. I will no longer be ordering from this place and along with everyone else at my office who has theri own complaints about him. If i could give this 0 stars i would.

Knickerbockers is a short distance walk from the building I work at which makes it a convenient choice for lunch. Every person I have interacted with at the counter who took my order or handed my order to me after it was prepared has treated me well and with a smile on their faces. The food is not gourmet by any means, but it tastes great and the price you pay is affordable compared to many of the other joints nearby. Every day there is a special item in the price range of $6-$7 (at the time of this writing) which makes for an easy choice for the non-picky-not-sure-what-they-want-to-eat person. I havent tried delivery, but it appears from other reviewers there might be a problem there. Perhaps Ill update the review if I ever get a chance to try getting the food delivered.

I love the food! Knickerbockers is my go to lunch location as I eat there at least once a week. The variety of sandwich choices means that I never get tired of the food. Ive tried almost everything they serve including many of the lunch specials, which I often wish were regular items on the menu, and havent had anything I didnt love. They arent the fastest service in the world, but I normally order online and then walk over (10 minute walk) By the time I get there, my food is ready. Perfect!

Great food, fast service, and the best crew you will ever meet! I have dined here for 3+ years. The specials are always changing and delicious to try. If you love a past special, or an item not on the menu, they do their best to accommodate you! The crew is seriously the best… always a smile and they go above and beyond for their customers. You will love them too!

I eat here frequently as I work in the area, the food is ALWAYS delicious, and they have the best lunch specials around. The best chicken salad sandwich Ive found in the valley! The staff is also incredibly delightful, they are super accommodating, and take the time to make sure you know youre appreciated. I love this place, and recommend it to everyone I know!

The staff is consistent and has a good neighborhood vibe. The atmosphere is tight but fun. The location is not ideal for customers who are not local.

Knickerbockers is hands-down the best lunch stop in this corner of the valley. The food is off the charts and the staff is friendliest Ive ever met! Try one of their specials--theyre are always changing but consistently awesome. I eat here all the time and am *never* disappointed. You wont be either!

Restaurant quality food at a great price. These guys are lightning fast and super friendly. If you order online, your food will be waiting for you when you get there. Theyll also wrap any burger or sandwich in lettuce. It fits perfectly with my diet!

The food is great, but i have ordered food more than once and lesson learned i am not going to do it again. It takes almost two hours to get my food delivered to me. Make sure if you want food around noon, to order it around 9 or 10. Poor service.

Love it. Knickerbockers serves high quality deli food. Particularly love the Horsey Roast Beef Dip, Tuscan Chicken Sandwich, and the Cob Salad. This place is quite popular for a reason.
