This place is depressing. Its really dark inside, probably to hide the dilapidated condition of the building. Its a large space that felt like an abandoned mexican restaurant with maybe 3 of the 30 or so tables occupied. Id assume only tourists or people that REALLY like Indian food would go here because any local whos visited would know better than to go back. It was ten minutes before anyone came to take drink orders, and no mention of an actual menu. I was hoping to order an entree, but i was directed to the sorriest excuse for a buffet Ive ever seen. Maybe a dozen options on the small dimly lit buffet in the corner, none of which looks like it hasnt been sitting out since the night before. If you can get past the disgusting look of the limited selection you then have to deal with the slimy texture of just about everything but the rice and bread. I really hate to give such a bad review, but I honestly felt bad for the owners - not that theyre not trying, but that this sad place is all they have to show for their efforts, its such a big place that just feels empty and sad with so few customers . I think the location is a huge factor in this review, if the overall vibe of the space was better Id probably have less complaints. This business would be better suited to one of those small strip malls that usually contain the kind of small Asian restaurant with pictures of all their entees on the wall. The best creative criticism I can give to the owners is to relocate to a smaller, properly lighted space.

Always fantastic and delicious food. I had the chicken tikka masala, chicken biryani, the regular butter naan, garlic naan, and I believe the vegetable somosa. All of it was perfect. It cost $50 but was worth every bite. They can make it as mild or as hot as you want. You do get free refills on drinks like water and sweet tea, but not drinks like the brilliant mango yogurt smoothie. The meat is nearly always cooked so it basically melts in your mouth. Every single thing Ive tried at this restaurant, Ive loved. The tikka masala is delectable and warms your entire body. The birayni is a dish with a bite! It has numerous amounts of herbs which make it a brilliant entree for you to enjoy, and if you add the tikka masala to it, it makes it even better. The naan is always cooked perfectly. First time trying the veggie somosa but I loved it! It was almost like a shepherds pie or chicken pot pie with the texture but so good! Never has let me down, and definitely recommend. Even with it being an expensive $50, the serving sizes gave me enough food for a couple more meals so its worth it.

My wife and I eat here at least once a week. Our meal usually consists of: Chicken 65 Chicken or Lamb Vindaloo Chicken or Lamb Saag (also known as Palak) Chicken Chatinald (house specialty... A must-try) Chicken or Lamb Kadhai 2 orders of garlic naan bread 1 order of raita (yogurt sauce similar to tzatziki sauce) We get all of this Togo usually and all VERY SPICY! We are usually able to eat 4-5 meals off of this order. Boy, is it delicious! Good starter curries for those who arent spice friendly are Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Makhani. Also, Lamb Rogan Josh is great for those wanting to try lamb. They also have an incredible lunch buffet from 11am-3pm each day. Closed on Mondays. If youre on the fence about Indian cuisine, give this place a try. It is family owned, has some of the best Indian Ive ever tasted, and will not disappoint.

Awful and Disappointed..... They should say this is Nepali cuisine not Indian. The Dal Makhani was lentils boiled in water and salt added as we wanted medium spiced.... Another Horror was Chicken Chetinadu.(is wrongly spelt in the Menu as well) It was chicken Pieces in coconut milk and garnished with mustard(wins the most awful ever I had in my life).. Chicken Tikka in Kids meal was chicken tikka deep fried in oil.. To beat the bad taste ordered picke which was again charged.......to no avail... Conclusion: Fellow Indians Do Not Dare to eat here if in case you were missing homemade food.... stay away..

This place has really delicious Indian food. If you dont like spicy I would definitely check before you ate something. It was fresh tasting and nice. The restaurant ambiance is lacking, but the lunch buffet is full of flavor and is a great introduction to Indian food. If you have been going to the same old places over and over or just want to try some genuinely fresh and authentic Indian food, then this is the place to go. Well worth the 9.99 for the lunch buffet.

My husband and I wanted to try the buffet so we got ready and headed down there my only requirement is its not hot in the restaurant since it was super hot outside I didnt want to be hot while we ate well what do you know we walk in and it must have been 90 degrees in there so we never sat down and told the waitress it was too hot and she just smiled and nodes this is august in florida ac is a must maybe we will try it in the winter lol

I took my family here on purpose to introduce them too something new and different. Having recently traveled to India I also wanted to compare the food. I was pleasantly surprised and so were they as this was their first experience with Indian food. I have not tried the lunch buffet but dinner was well worth it for them trying something outside of their typical American diet. I cant wait to have others come and try with me.

Just opened today at 1100; food not quite ready at the buffet until 1110. But food was hot and fresh and tasty. Definitely seemed home cooked... similar to fare in Northern India from when we visited. Lassi was good too. Friendly and very attentive staff...had four people ask and tend to us at the table. Recommended if you want something different and enjoy anachronistic decor (guessing old Chinese restaurant?). Namaste!

My wife and I had the lunch buffet. There was a large variety of all kinds of authentic Indian food which tasted great! I went back for several rounds and enjoyed everything. They also bring out fresh hot naan to your table. They have many options available for every kind of appetite, as well as healthy options which I appreciated. The staff was very friendly and my wife and I will be returning again very soon!

Best Indian cuisine on the Gulf Coast. The food is amazing, everything is clean and spotless, employees go above and beyond with their service and are so friendly! I have dined here 18-20 times and have NEVER had a bad meal or an unfriendly waitress. I have had 14 different entrees, several appetizers, 4-5 types of bread and all are amazing. Try, you will NOT be disappointed.

After a long drive we decided to stop at Dinner India for lunch buffet. The restaurant was totally empty, the warning sign we ignored. Very limited variety and not a single item (from chutneys that were watered down to butter chicken that was simply chicken cube Hunts tomato sauce) had any flavour. Dont do the mistake we did. Stay away from this place.

Restaurant was mostly empty and we waited over an hour before finally just walking out. There were only 3 of us. Got our waters and tea at the beginning and nothing else. Server was indifferent to us leaving with only a lukewarm apology to offer. Went next door to Vallartas and had food on our table 15 minutes later. Really bizarre.
