One of the best sandwich shops in Hudson. I used to be a big Subway guy, now Erberts and Jimmys get my business. Erberts gets my business more (especially in winter) due to location and due to the soups! I love the Spartan sandwich (has spicy mustard and bacon!) and the beer cheese soup really hits the spot on a cold day. They have very speedy delivery (as fast as Jimmys for me at least) and they are good at not screwing up your order. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. I have visited this location and the Dunn Bros next door enough to get to know a handful of employees and one of the owners Rick (thats right, locally owned by local families). You couldnt meet a nicer guy. I highly recommend Erbert and Gerberts for lunch, dinner or catering :)

Look, these guys make a decent sandwich that hits the spot when Im a bit hungover at work. The soup has zero actual vegetables in it - I think its a problem with the worker not stirring the kettle before serving. Also at this location service is very slow. Seems like there is not the sort of emphasis on speedy, efficient service that Jimmy Johns and Subway have. Employees and management both have somewhat lackadaisical attitudes. But whatever, I still dig their sandos. Additional Note: the lousy pop-country music soundtrack sucks a fatty. Bring your own tunes or earplugs or eat outside at the wind-tunnel seating where youll find your sandwich constantly flying off to become bird food.

We love to order lunch from Erberts! In the winter well get soups (they have a huge selection, so everyone in our office can get their favorite). In the warmer months we get the subs. Service is always fast and friendly, their delivery is fantastic as well.

good food but they dont seem to have a handle on delivery. both times Ive orderd the delivery was twenty minutes+ later than expected. still an excellent choice in subs and worth the wait but I should probably start driving there myself.
