I just came for a takeout order and witnessed an older woman slip and fall on the floor entering the building. Poor woman is all banged up, and as she was helped to her feet, one of the servers came out with a wet floor sign. Not a rug to prevent further injuries, just a wet floor sign. When tge manager came out they mentioned the sign was already there. Not true!!! Absolutely horrible manners when someone gets hurt. I gave the people my number, we will be in touch. If it were me, Id be paralyzed because Im waiting on back surgery. Shame on buffalo wild wings for not looking good out for the well being of people, and for only worrying about insurance liability. The manager claims that that was an exit only door but yet they have a smokers but pot outside where they send the smokers to go smoke from the bar area. Just came back again on 2/26 and the server Sean is horrible at his job. Had to ask for silverwear, napkins, refills, and a damn pen at the end. We will not be back. The place was half-dead and we still had to wait 45 minutes for our damn food.

Their wings are absolutely delicious along with their cheese curds but I was extremely dissatisfied with their service the other day. Me and my boyfriend called them placing a take out order and I specifically told the hostess I wanted boneless wings. When we got there we waited for about 5 mins then got our food and left. We drove home and as soon as we sat down and went to eat I noticed my wings had the bone in them. At the time I was really hungry but I will not eat something that I didnt request especially since I paid for it so I drove all the way back for them to correct it. The manager was at the front and I told her what happened and she told me shed fix it no problem but then goes "the host thought you said you wanted "bone-in" wings. Next time you should clarify that with whoever is talking on the phone and have them repeat the order back to you." uh no they should do that on their own I shouldnt have to ask!! Not my responsibility. I thought that comment was inappropriate, its like she was shifting the blame on me.

Waited to be seated for twenty minutes other customers came in and were seated I said we have been waiting I was told thought you were just waiting there ????? Had three in my party plus toddler .then was told to sit anywhere . Im carrying toddler we sit but it took ten minutes before I could ask for a high chair. ?????? Im holding child in my arms . So now we get high chair . Seat the baby and start reviewing the menu . Waitress comes and says youll have to move you cant sit at that table with a baby seat. So now we all move. Twenty minutes later waitress comes and gets our order. It took a while but food came. I have to tell you it was awful . This was our first and last visit to this establishment. Our friends from Ohio said this is not what she experienced back home and was very disappointed too. It was her recommendation to go here.

Not sure if its because it just opened, but service still needs some work. I found some of the food to be not too fresh, as if the plate was served to the table much after is was ready for the server. Saw the same thing with the beers, bartender would serve the beers for the servers to take to the table, and they would sit there almost 15 minutes before being taken to the table. Also ordered a screamin nacho burger which brings "pico de gallo" and jalapeños. I asked for no jalapeños. When the burger got to me, it didnt have pico de gallo. I asked the waitress about that and she said they didnt put it because the jalapeños are mixed in with it. I think she couldve told me that when I ordered it, especially since both of those ingrediants are noted seperatley on the menu. Should get better with some more time and training Im gussing.

Food seemed like it took forever & I dont know why..There was literally 3 tables w guest in the whole restaurant. Got there 5pm Today, Thurs. We ordered , my burger was so nasty. I ordered the one w the barbeque saise & it looked like a mess by the time it got to me. My bread was completely wet like if they had dipped it in water. I called the server & she seemed like I was disrupting her when she was talking with all the other servers in a corner. I guess she forgot she was working. I told her just to bring me a cheeseburger. I figured they cant go wrong with that..Well itvwas realky bad. Raw burger. Anyways it was useless to say anyhting, my server was un her own world. The manager never even came by. They are seriously lacking..

Come here often. Always sit at the Bar. By far, Brittany,sky ,and Colby are my personal favorites and very good at their jobs. Im a former bar manager and these employees do a great job with engaging customers. Is be proud to have them as part of my team. I have what I like to call industry eyes and I notice everthing. There is an art to doing running side work and still being able to pay attention to the guest at the bar. Some have it, some dont. Its also nice that I always notice management on the floor. And working along side of employees. It makes for a smooth flow. Food is great, however I tried the steak wrap tonight and did not care for it. At all. Other food Ive had has been great. Overall, I love it here.

Came here about a month ago for the first time and it was amazing. The bartender was excellent and made some suggestions. I fully came here expecting to get my wing game on, but she suggested I try the Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwich. I dont know how many calories it was, but that was one of the best tasting sandwiches Ive had and it needs to make a revisit to their limited time menu. There is literally a cheese pinwheel in the center of the sandwich that oozed cheese after biting into it. Excellent first time experience at this specific location.

So this is my 2nd review . The first time was horrific, When they first opened . Everything was bad. This time the ONLY reason we tried again was bc of giftcards. This time food came out fast my taco shells were stale but everything else was fine. EXCEPT CLEANLINESS.. COMPLETE FILTH .. service want terrible but wasnt great either. There is a dirty fork next to our table that workers look at and walk right by.... WHY DOES THIS PLACE SUCK SO BAD!? they wont be open long at this rate ... We will not be back not even with gift cards.

Drove around the building twice to find the front entrance which is practically hidden facing a busy highway. Barely any patrons but no hostess for several minutes. Seated without silverware or napkins. Wings were loaded with salt, I mean really more sodium then a soysauce popsicle, I think my tongue was burning from salt, not chili pepper. My waitress never asked how we were doing, so I had to tell her about the missing silverware when we asked for the check.. Im not coming back here ever again. Embarrassing to bring people here.
