This is essentially a more expensive wing-themed version of a Waffle House or Dennys. Maybe it has something to do with the area as I have been to other locations and had decent visits. The last time I visited the dining room was filthy and we regretted not taking a seat on the bar side. The place was mostly empty and the food was "okay" at best. There was no music playing, so we were treated to the delightful sounds of another partys children screeching as they raced around amongst the tables. Our server was attentive but sadly that couldnt make up for the icky atmosphere and mediocre food. We had visited before and this was our first time back in 18+ months; we decided to go because we had a gift card. We were quickly reminded of why "B-dubs" never comes to mind when were looking to eat out and have no plans to return.

The wings were delicious as always, however there were a few hiccups along the way. It took over 30 minutes to get the order that we had asked for. I was in a large group, so normally this would have been fine. However, the wait staff did not update us or keep us in the know for our food. We sat for a long time without our waitress returning to our table. As it is Winter, it is also very cold outside. The front entrance was well heated but the dining area was freezing cold as if someone left a door open. Altogether was not a bad experience, but there was definitely room to improve.

I was here on 9/24/16 around 2 pm and the wait for food was over 40 minutes for 5 people. Yes, they were busy but its Saturday during college football season, right? The Po Boy sandwich is supposed to come with Cole slaw. It had lettuce only and very little shrimp. It was also supposed to have Cajun sauce but after we ordered it and it was brought to the table, we were told they were out of the Cajun sauce. I would not have ordered it if they didnt have the sauce. Especially since in retrospect the sandwich didnt have anything else going for it Skimpy, lousy sandwich. YUCK!

Hey for you people who said there food sucks hows your cooking... Yeah there slow but its totally worth the wait I think you have been going to order out of there dumpster out back so next time you should try walking in the front door and talk to a employee McDonalds food is no where neer the quality of bdubs like I said try there front door not there dumpster thank-you

Food is all right, spicy garlic tastes so bad like some chemicals. Servers are okay, they look sleepy and tired. Something I really do not like is how slow the food is served. There were like 5 tables during the lunch time and two peoples food took about 30 minutes to prepare... I will never ever go back to this restaurant for lunch. No time for the wait

15-20 minute wait and people are just walking in and straight to a table there are 5 open tables on our side and many more on the bar side and the lady that works here is telling people to wait somwhere else becuse there in the way of people coming in the door when there are poeple backed up the door forever.worthless to have to give them one star

Ive been going to this location since 2002 its always been very clean and the staff is always very friendly. The food is always consistent. It never seems to get that busy which is nice. And its fairly quiet for being a bar. From 2002-2006 It use to be a lot busier but it was still very clean and everyones always been very friendly.

I thought that I wasnt a fan of BW3, but I do, indeed, love their hone BBQ wings. And their fries and lemonade are tasty too. The servers can be pretty busy, but they are accommodating and fun. If youre doing carry out, call in advance so that you dont have to wait - better yet, have your order delivered.

I went with a group of about 10 people. 8/10 of the orders were wrong and the wait was 2 hours when the place wasnt even packed. Granted after we said something the manager took 50% off of our checks, but I would rather pay full price for a great meal and good service.

This has been the worst. When did you start needing to wait to be seated at the bar??? The biggest fight night and the only bar in the area showing the fight and you will not even let people in. This is a horrible policy

Great food, great service. Always came here for dinner with my mom and my sisters. Theyre always entertained by the little tablets, which sometimes is annoying, but it does keep them from fighting one another.

Service is always slow and sometimes mediocre at best. Food is overlooked and reheated sometimes too. Had a waitress once that kept ignoring our request of knowing where our food is.

this place is best to watch sports as it has big screens and of the course the chicken wings are good! for veggies go for onion rings or potato wedges
