Talk about crappy service!!!This is the second time the service has been horrible and after reading some of the other reviews I dont know why they continue on this way!!My guess is the management doesnt care as much as they should The first time we were fed horrible service the waitress was rude when asked about our food after an hour went by..she claimed that she had just went to check on it which wasnt true since she spent at least 30 minutes standing at the back bar talking to one guy...We can see you clearly...DUH!!! The second time was today 8/5/17 at about 2:20pm Well we got seated and were told our server would be there in a minute...HA He had to go mention to her as she was crouched toward the cash screen talking on her cell phone(Ya Blondie..You with the bun)while looking straight at us but you didnt skip a beat just crouched down further and kept right in talking!!!Rude, Inconsiderate and I truly disappointed since BWW is the first place I always choose to go too!!The food is usually great and the service is usually next to none except for this one!!! Hope things get better someday

Good wings but man its pricey for what it is and the often skimpy portions. The only decent time to go is Tuesdays but then they charge you for ranch and blue cheese so bring your own bottle! Last time I was there the music was WAY too loud (and Im a concert type, not a tender ear), but you go to have conversations also, and the manager on duty took attitude about bringing it down. Havent been back since.

I place orders at this location frequently and get my order right about 50% of the time. Take tonight for example, I ordered traditional wings (bone still in the wing). They gave me boneless wings with a pitiful amount of mild sauce. Some of the wings only had one side of sauce on them. I wish there was another location I could try. They have a high turnover rate so you will never have a consistent experience.

I have been here a couple of times. I was thrilled to find a place that was so close to Ashland that served Buffalo wings. I have to say they are below average both in service and food. My complaints are the service was inaccurate and the food was lukewarm. If I want hot wings I will go to Hooters in Barborsville,WV.

Extremely disappointing. Diminishing beer list, the two I asked for they didnt even have. Settled on a Guinness and it was obviously poured improperly out a dirty tap. Really wish I could take back my decision to come here. The server is nice, but other than that I wont be returning.

Been here many times, most of the time the service is decent and the food is always fresh. Understandable that when their busy the service wont be the best, but the wings is what brings me back every time
