Went to the old location a few times but when Buffalo Wings and Rings opened up on Toledo Blade We had no reason to go to BWW. We stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. The dining room was seat yourself and this was the start of the problem. The place was severely understaffed and when the server came to the table she said sorry about the wait (it wasnt that long) I just had 3 groups come in and sit on my side. She was very friendly but you could tell she was VERY overworked and was doing her best to keep up. It was not her fault that management doesnt know how to run the place. The menu was VERY disappointing to say the least. I was planning on ordering wings as I remembered them to be not bad. The wings were WAY overpriced I know I used to get wings and fries for less than $16 but thats what it is now. I know I did not pay that. I ended up with a Buffaleto or something. It was good but not what I expected. It sounded like a buffalo quesadilla it was more like buffalo soft tacos. Again not bad at all it was actually very good but I just felt that everyones meal was to small for the price. My wife even commented that the prices werent that far off from what we paid at the Cheesecake Factory a week ago. Buffalo Wild Wings is hardly in the same category as Cheesecake Factory. The server did her best but drinks went unfilled for long periods of time and she always seemed very rushed. Hardly the service you would expect at the prices. The real kicker was the condition of the bathroom. Im used to mens rooms looking less than clean but this one was hands down disgusting. If my 3 year old didnt have to go so bad I would have walked her to one of the stores in the shopping center. I would have maybe expected the bathroom to look like it did after a long night with a major game on but it was 3 on a Saturday there was no excuse. Management seems to be a major issue with this location and with the poor value I really have no reason to go back to a Buffalo Wild Wings ever. If youre looking for wings try Buco Lupo across the street (in the old Buffalo Wild Wings location) or drive up to Toledo and Price and go to Buffalo Wings and Rings both MUCH better service and value.

Absolutely horrible! We had a party of 6 with 2 kids (1 infant 1 toddler). We got got there at 5:45, placed our drink order 10 minutes later (no problem there) drinks arrived 10 minutes later. (Not all of them though) blah blah blah...realized we didnt have any silverware so WE ASKED for some. When the appetizer arrived, we asked again. Finally got most of them. Just needed 2 more. Okay now were finally ready to eat. Literally waited 45 more minutes for our food. (After we asked our server where it was). Came out cold, wow, kind of was expecting that. But, server left some wings in the window...even colder to eat at the time we noticed. Forced down our cold meals. (Wings were all flats?? Not too sure why) server didnt know about drink specials and never mentioned food specials. She honestly was lost. We get out checks at 7:20 and pay. Didnt get checks back until 745. This is absolutely crazy. Not once was a manager walking around checking tables. One guy server actually ran her drinks to us and the appetizer. This is the only reason i gave one star! This dinner was honestly a joke and a huge waist of 60$. I am a server and was in shock at this as a whole. Server clearly needed more training, and management needs to manage the restraunt. Nonody seemed friendly. My child was loosing her patience as well as everyone else at the table. This poor server was trying i guess but just dont know where her mind was most of the time. We watched 20 different tables and booths go in and out before we left. Step up management!

I dont normally write negative reviews but I have had 3 bad experiences & something needs to be done. I live & work in north port & wish the best for all good restaurants to succeed. We want good restaurants here! Unfortunately the service at this location has failed us on 3 separate occasions. I couldnt tell you about the food because we couldnt get a greeting or server either occasion. Last visit was 4th of July at 5:00 pm. Walked in to a sign saying seat yourself & walked passed two servers with not a " hello!" Or "hi!" Except an eye roll from the brunette girl working the floor as if maybe she wanted to go home. There was only a few tables that had people sat. We proceeded to sit there with our children for 5 min as we watched the 2 servers talking & looking at us. Finally the girl came over & asked " Do you want your table cleaned?" which clearly we did because there was food all over it. From the tone of her voice & the attitude my family decided to leave & never come back. I was appalled by the unprofessional attitude. This was the 3rd time again!! I dont see this location lasting if the service stays as is.

On Monday the 22nd my wife and I went in for simple cocktail and appetizers. The Bartender (male Bartender- dont know his name) was slow to attend to us. He made drinks and stopped making them to talk with his friends, then serve us. We ordered Street Tacos and 5 wings. It took 20 minutes for the order and I had to remind the bar tender to get the order. The tacos were sent back because they were already cold. I was advise by this young man it would only take moments to get this corrected. In the mean time there was no apology. In addition to this our drinks were empty and he did not ask us for refill just went to then of the bar and spoke with another couple. The manager was there and did nothing. The facility was relatively empty and we paid the bill minus the tacos. What a joke a slow day unresponsive team and no apology for their mistake. very poor customer service......

Very disappointed. We loved the old place and went there at least once a week. The atmosphere is just not the same, the service is pretty much non existent and the food is horrible now. Last time we went the wings were only half covered, it took forever before we got our first drink and we were sitting right at the bar and could watch our server being more interested in chit chatting with co workers than doing her job. Two more employees were on their brake, sitting right behind us and they dropped more F-bombs in 10 minutes than our Airforce in a day all over the planet. The guy was in the bathroom the same time as I and employees have to wash their hands but they dont! Its just not the same and sitting right at the 41 watching the crazy traffic isnt relaxing at all.

The staff was pleasent, when present, but the food was sub par. I went here with my family (this being our first time) for a dinner celebration (6 of us) and we decided to do burgers instead of wings. This was a mistake. The burgers were so under seasoned that the added onion, lettuce, tom. and even condiments didnt help! My 6yr olds hambuger was raw in the middle! Thankfully the manager took it off the bill. The fries were ok, but honestly McDonalds fries are better flavored. I guess if you go here you should stick to wings but anything else is not worth your money. This is a restaurant my family and I and marking off the list. From now on we are sticking to Five Guys for awesome burgers.
